So in this video, I show you guys how you can make some extra cash through a method of using Fiverr and Canva, all whilst putting myself through a 7 day challenge to see how much I can make as a new seller. I use the free online editing software Canva to create new logo designs for orders placed via Fiverr.

I've been doing graphic design for over 3-4 years now on photoshop and illustrator, it will take time but you'll get the hang of it soon! Just gotta keep practising :)

I think it’s great you made $20 in your very first week with almost no portfolio! With gigs like these the more experience one has the more gigs you’ll be getting and soon you’ll be able to raise prices and make hundreds a week if you keep getting better.

I make thousands off fiver per month - there is potential. I am a professional level designer though - you have to be realistic with your tools and experience level. Also remember that about 25% of the amount being independent will be towards taxes, factor that into costs. You guys got this!

Keep learning, keep challenging yourself, follow lots of free classes on youtube or skillshare and you will learn a lot in a short amount of time. Start with small projects, and figure out what you love to design and your personal style.

Seller on fiverr only offers the logo .Customer has the “problem” with copyrights .So the sellers are clean 😊

Fiverr TOS states that you can't use content that's not yours and well it. Now because canvas owns the rights your not only breaking canvas TOS but also fiverr TOS which will get you banned

Thank for for the video, great idea to try in Fiveer. Question for you... when you send your customer your logo for acceptance, what prevents them from just taking your design without paying? Do you use a watermark on your draft copy?

Yes, there is a watermark provided by fiverr that stays in place until the order is accepted by the buyer.

Thank you and I appreciate the sub :) I would send them a JPEG as a preview file, and then send them the SVG file as the source file so they can get the best quality possible out of the logo. Hope that helps!

Very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the video and most certainly, I would say Canva is a great starting point for anyone as it allows you to get the hang of basic editing tools and etc, and then once you master Canva, you could then look into learning photoshop or illustrator as you would have already developed a design skills and a style using Canva :)
