Have you guys tweaked the mod a bit? Because the guy barely spawns in my world and I've even changed the spawn rate of it to "often". Please let me know if you have, because I really want this guy to spawn.

Not hating but broo Ivan spam clicking with his axe and sword really annoyed me lol. If u don't know why that is bad it is because it does a lot less damage and it is better to wait and do a critical hit.

We used Essential Mod. It allows you to play multiplayer without a server kinda like Minecraft bedrock edition
