Hard to believe that people would find fault with your English. As a native English speaker, I can say that you speak better English than I will ever speak Japanese! And you know two languages. Thanks for your interesting and thought provoking videos. Keep it up!

Since I was a teenager in High school I was into minimalism and how could I become one of them. I realised at 19, that minimalism for me is a way to simplify my life. And all started with my bedroom. I used to have lot of things in my bedroom: furnitures, clothes, posters on the wall and I didn’t realice that gave my more anxiety. Now I have a bed, a desk and a mirror. If I had a an stressful day in college, when I arrive in my bedroom I can relax faster. Now I’m 21 and I have to learn more and more about minimalism and keeping simplifying my life (I keep lot of clothes that I don’t usually wear). As I said before, it’s about simplicity. And it’s helping me to pay more attention: mental health, family, goals, friends, etc. I hope I could explain my opinion well and I really enjoy your videos! Thank you so much!

One of my favorite quotes from stoicism: wealth is not defined by great possession, but by having few wants. I can’t call myself a minimalist but I strive to be an essentialist. Keeping things that have meaning to me. I definitely notice how much happier it makes me

I love this! I was the Same Way Sena when I was young. No such thing as Minimalism when I was growing up. Only More is better here in the states. At age 59 now I realize all the STUFF we spend money on. Including Cars that were way more then I needed. I worked 60-80 hours a week in super Hot Kitchens as my own boss with 13 employees. in 1995 with Windows 95 I was chasing each PC as the power increased then the Best Cell Phones and do again every year. Meanwhile not taking any time for myself. Forgetting the meaning of life. I did host many dinner parties that’s about it. It wasn’t until Covid-19 started that I disciplined myself to get Fit again and stop foolish spending. I m so proud of you at a young age to realize this at your age. Much Respect ✊ Subscribed and Liked Of Course. I really hope that more people your age get on board with this knowledge and become better leaders of tomorrow!

Minimalism and the F.I.R.E movement go well together. Minimalism helps discipline you and enables you to focus on the important things in life that give you value while saving and investing provides the financial backbone to support you throughout your life. My journey for the past 6 years has provided me with a lot of control over my life. So happy I discovered this at a young age. All those reading this, I hope your able to meet your goals as well. I just found your channel today! This has really inspired me to become more serious about living a minimalist lifestyle - I've always felt pressured by those around me for not valuing or desiring certain materialistic things, so it is refreshing to come across your video. It has shown me that you can still have an appreciation for other people and learn from their ways but that does not mean you have to replicate them in your own lifestyle to find joy :)

Thank you for sharing and articulating the lessons you feel you have learned. From what you say, living a simple life is not something simple. You make it clear that this is an ongoing process that you need to stay focused on, because otherwise it just becomes another familiar routine. I think this is a very useful point for people to bear in mind.

My words are probably different, but they seem to stem from the same source and I look around me and see the features you discuss. Living simply, controlling what you can and letting go of the rest, setting values that you believe deeply are are core parts of my life. I love the language you use to frame yourself.
