A video now and then like a (monthly) journal entry like this one seems easy to make. Other than that, maybe it would be easy and rewarding to shift the focus away from your (private) life and towards some topic, some project of yours or in the world that you find exciting? Also, what if you shared about a topic that has some progression in it, that grows more and more amazing with time? 5000 viewers, 65k subscribers. That's a lot of energy you have accumulated just with your own person, your own journaling. Congratulations! :) But of course, in order to "grow" a channel, or even to make it a main income, there are expert things to do, and a mindset shift to youtubing "professionally" might be necessary. Also - do you have a new main theme for your channel? The previous main theme was sth like "watch Sena escape 9-5 and create a free life", which had the potential of building a community, gathering like-minded people, become free together, build a solid new future, and also eventually Teaching other people how to become free, minimal. All of which also had promising "professional" potential..., so no more Jean Voronka prospects? ( kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ldZglayol9ysYoU.html ) Interesting what you will choose! A "personal brand" is surely very taxing if you don't approach it with a strict business mindset that keeps you centered and focused. But maybe there is a project or area of interest you would be amazed and excited to share updates on as it grows and produces surprises and wonders interesting to many, maybe something you would want people to join, too? Anyway, Good Luck on Your Way! 🌻☺

Love the message! Just appreciating the things we do have and living in the present is so underrated, people get lost in the "what if" and "when I do this then I will be happy". Appreciating your friends, family and partner can be so good for your health and wellbeing, that to me is already a successful life ❤

Thats why Im watching new content creators. I can feel the pressure and stress of those creators who made KZfaq as full-time career just like Lost LeBlanc. His contents feel heavy now, most especially after he bought an island.

Yes, the Simple-Life is Best! (have you read "Walden"?) i read that your country is crammed w "Salary-men" who're not happy and die early, right? So be glad you're not stuck in that rat-race. btw, there's a Jap. man on YT who complains he's having a mid-life crisis, has no excitement, etc.; so i sent him some suggestions. [i mean, there're a million interesting things to do and books to read, so how can a person ever be bored??] PS: is your dad single? ha-ha!

So nice to see you back, Sena. New haircut, no beard. Like it. It is interesting how life takes you on different paths. I am a 63yo single man from the UK. When I was 40 my life came crashing down around me (short version: lost my job, relationship and home all in space of 4 months. Spoiler alert, losing my home was definitely the worst thing). It took 7 years to work through. Four things I learnt: 1. count your blessings. 2. it's OK to let go of old ways of thinking, being and doing. In fact it's essential. 3. what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. 4. In spite of what KZfaq might tell you, achieving meaningful change is a slow process. Sometimes you have to try quite a few things before you arrive at the solution that works for you. I was interested in your idea of doing nothing. Time off currently is my scarcest commodity. Sometimes I fail in my juggling act between simply watching KZfaq and pottering around my small garden, going for walks, or spending quality time with my handful of friends. But I am now free from the need/desire to participate in consumerism. I have noticed that a lot of KZfaqrs reach a burnout point. I think the sheer challenge of creating, editing and uploading interesting content can become a different kind of rut to the one that people hoped to escape. Looking forward to more content from you about doing nothing. Here's a thought starter. What's Japanese for doing nothing? I am always fascinated by the cultural specifics surrounding words and phrases. Sometimes they don't translate easily simply because the idea doesn't exist. I'm wondering if doing nothing in Japan is actually associated doing something, such as preparing and drinking tea or taking in views of Mount Fuji...

Welcome back! This video is a breath of fresh air for us small youtubers, it's nice hearing more people talk about the creative process and being able to have a real 9 to 5 job that keeps you alive unlike most youtubers who only talk about being your own boss and being able to do the thing they love as a job, the truth is only very very small portion of people get to do that and also who wants to turn their hobby into boring work anyway!

Making videos has taken its toll (Hiding in My Room etc.) on the sanity of people who seem compelled to lay their life bare in front of strangers. Thank goodness you have your priorities right. Thank you for showing the happy side of youtube!
