If u ever have problems with naseau, u should grind up the shrooms, put in it boiling hot water with lemon, stir it for 10-15 min, strain the shrooms out, now you got yourself some potent shroom tea, trip hard without the naseau.

the thing is with shrooms they can go bad if not stored properly. the high can be awful or u can legit not even get high just from having them go stale from bad storage. ive done the same shrooms 2 weeks later that werent stored properly, they looked the same and i never got high I just got sick. Its all about freshness with shrooms.

Yeah, microdosing shrooms is amazing. If you haven't, you should look into the psychological benefits (backed by studies) to microdosing. Less depression, less anxiety, and it enforces and helps create neural networks

Pro tip: Don't do any "microdosing" before the main dose. The rapid tolerance will really dull the effect of the main dose so it's way better to just go for it!

for me personally, the only time i haven’t had an overwhelming come up is when i microdosed an hour or two before taking the macro, i know tolerance builds just in a single day but i’m not entirely sure that would be the case with just an hour or two prior? it really just mellows out the come up and makes for a really nice trip imo, it totally gets rid of any come up anxiety and any immediate nausea

@@brickbybrick4692 You can't really redose effectively after the peak of the first dose, and with tryptamines at least it's better to just go for it (even if you manage to stagger it gets weird). Lysergamides are a bit more redosable (redosing soon after peaking might will still add something), despite causing more tolerance for longer, but the only redosable psychedelics are phenethylamines such as mescaline, 2c-b etc, their dimethoxyamphetamine relatives such as DOB, DOC, DOM etc as well as the the NBOH and NBOMe compounds. In my experience 25E-NBOH builds negligible tolerance (to gain this knowledge I subjected myself both to vaping about 100μg of it per day for a week, as well as taking a lowish sublingual dose of around 600-800μg 5 days after other psychedelics, including itself, and I didn't always want to do it but muh science), but while the tolerance aspect of phenethylamines is very forgiving, their dosage aspect is not forgiving at all, and 200mg of 25E-NBOH gave me a massive but delayed body load as well as concerning levels of vasoconstriction.

@@brickbybrick4692 You kinda did and you didn't...lol Without a lemon tek, the psilocybin (aka 4-PO-HO-DMT) and most importantly psilocin (aka 4-HO-DMT) doesn't get fully absorbed, so you keep absorbing them until way after the first wave has peaked. Practically when they first hit you only feel what has been absorbed until 20-30 minutes prior to feeling it, and by the time the first wave peaks you have absorbed/"redosed" a bunch more. The actual peak experienced is the effect of the percentage of 4-PO-HO-MET that you managed to absorb from you fungi, within a little bit more than twice the time it would take to peak from an an oral dose of pure 4-HO-DMT. All the rest is "wasted" (although due to my "research" as I was trying to trip on 4-HO-MET after I accidentally UNDERdosed, revealed that despite being unable to trip at all, even after taking 200mg of it within 3 days, I had a hell of an afterglow) That's why I kinda prefer my RCs, but I still haven't been able to find any 4-ACO-DMT, which apart from being one of the best RC tryptamines is the closest in terms of subjective effects to actual shrooms (because it is just a different prodrug to 4-HO-DMT which is psilocin),

I've been growing and eating my own APE every 2 weeks for like 3 months now, varying grams, never had any crazy insane trip until a couple nights ago when I first tried the lemontek trick with 5g. The high was much shorter but way, way stronger and no 30-minute wind up time. Bro I was so fucked up on that shit. At some point early on in the trip I got stuck staring at my arm and I'm just sitting there watching my hairs dig in and out of my flesh like little snakes. It was pretty dope lol

Psilocybin is an absolute godly substance, however you MUST respect the process of taking it and also remember it is an intensely spiritual experience. Do not take shrooms to simply "get high" it is not a party drug, it's far more than that. Grab some friends or someone else, go to nature and take a reasonable dose and it will change your life for the better.
