I grew 3 inches!!! I now am much taller than before. I feel that I’m taller. I am tall. It works permanently (Affirmations)

I used to be very athletic in my early teens but I spent 15 to 18 in deppresssion, anxiety, poor mental health, breakdown, sleep deprived and bad nutrition. It is only at the age of 19 that it hit me how much potential I've let go to waste. I am only 5'7 (171cm) tall guy (Indian ofcourse) and I feel absolutely horrible when I see my younger cousin getting almost as tall as me and even some people my age much taller and healthier than me. I've been eating a balanced diet, mostly calcium, magnesium and zinc rich foods and soon I'll be buying HGH and cartilage booster supplements to implement in my heavy intensive workout. This qeust of reaching my lost potential has led me into yet another interesting check point of my journey it seems. I'll for sure try listening to whatever this subliminal thing is and yes, I am not a believer kind of guy so I guess it's going to be a tough one for me. I remember feel very low when I think how I wasted a LOT OF MY developmental potential. Tho childish, this frustration makes me sometimes sprint until I get leg burns and feel my heart practically begging me to stop, soon I realised that overtraining is counter beneficial and so, I am approaching this selfish little goal of mine with caution and discipline. Maybe I've still got some chance at growing at the age of 19, Idk am scared of being average forever, I don't wanna let go of the potential I was born with and so I've been VERY CAREFUL with what I eat for last 3 months. I've sacrificed my joy but I haven't been seeing my progress, maybe I did grow from 170 to 171cm and on very rare occasions, when I see women as tall as me or even taller than me, I feel devastated. It's the worst feeling in the world. Also, thank you for hearing me out if you reached the of this comment it's just that I had a lot of narrative inside my head and a lot of things I felt like I need to pour out. Wishing my fellow Z brothers and sisters luck on their height goal journey. Let's see... If it this make believe thing actually works or not... God if you exist somewhere out there, PLEASE HELP ME TAP INTO SOMETHING BEYOND! I'LL BE 175CM BY THE END OF THE YEAR! I WILL SPRINT IN SHORT BURSTS, DO ALL THE JUMPING EXERCISES, STRETCHING MY BODY AND NOURISH MY BODY FOR ALL THE TIME I COULDN'T PROPERLY NOURISH IT! I'll sleep on time and take MINIMAL stress, I AM SAVING POCKET MONEY AND BY THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, I'LL BUY HGH AND CARTILAGE BOOSTER TABLETS AND IMPLEMENT THEM ON MY TRAINING ON A REGULAR BASIS. I'LL DO THIS AND GROW 175CM BY THE NEXT FUCKING YEAR. I think you should properly measure yourself again !! (with someone else's help ask them to put that iron scale with a little pressure at the centre of you head and make sure it's straight and then mark it with a pencil) cause when we do it ourselves there are chances of mis-measurements(I've done the mistake). Maybe you're more taller than you measured, just consider this and do it again, I'm sure you'll see more difference :)

Good video Lava. Does this crazy stuff actually work!? Let me just say this. I'm not very tall. But I was just a little bit taller than my mom. Then my mom started listening to some subliminals for increasing one's height. I didn't think it would work at all. I was even laughing at her because of it. After that I never gave it much thought for sometime. Then, a little while later as me and my mom were both standing up having a discussion. I started to notice her standing about directly eye level with me! As if appearing to be the same height as me! At first I thought she was wearing heels. But when I looked. Nope! No heels! I was like, what's going on here!? Then! Sometime passes after that. A little while later. We were both shopping at the grocery store. Nope! She was flat on her feet! Again, I'm like, what! 😮 So sometime shortly after that. We were both getting measured for our height. And it's official! she is now taller than me! 😧 😂
