As someone who love straight forward gourmand I agree with your statement of Yum being a complex fragrance. I prefer scents that are straight forward I'm basic in that way 😂. So I do enjoy Yum but I prefer Dua pistachio Gelato. I come to understand that Mona is going to not just give you Vanilla or pistachio she's going to throw in some oud, or liquor, or tobacco and that's great for those who want a niche fragrance at a reasonable price.

Yes! And it’s smart when you think about how her core fragrances like vanilla 26 and musk were really straightforward so they can easily be layered with her more complex range. Mona is definitely giving that niche scent profile for a great price!

I haven't tried Ellis Brooklyn yet but I've had my eye on Apres lately. Might pick it up during the Sephora sale!

What's your favorite coffee fragrance? I have Black Opium, but it's just not giving what I need. I was thinking something from Mancera or Montale

My all time fave is Cafe Tuberosa from Atelier Cologne. It’s a strong coffee with tobacco and tuberose. I also love Montale Ristretto Instense Cafe. It has a stronger coffee note and is creamier/sweeter than the original. Hope that helps!

I love warm scents all year round as well so I’ve been loving floral marshmallow & gourmand white flower by dossier. I hate floral scents but I love this one. If I just want to smell fresh out the shower, light & airy I love ocean di gioa by Armani it’s perfect for spring and summertime.
