It's interesting that this j-makeup has become popular again bc igari makeup is at least 10 years old since it was created and popularized in Japan (in 2014 to 2015). Anyway, it's so pretty, fresh and natural.

I cannot stand Age Rewind packaging as well😭 Had to throw away 2 of those since it dried up quickly. PAC take cover concealer is so good, Milani Concealer + Perfect is my holy grail, ELF hydrating camo concealer if you have dry skin. You can use findation.com to find the apt shades💕

If you are on a budget, then the Cuffs and Lashes Small Concealer Brush F019 fits your description perfectly. Small and dense but kinda fluffy and I use it for cream blush and contour.
