I like the idea of Opaqoffin being a regional variant of the Timburr line (With maybe the third evolution having two tombstones for pillars)

The coffin holders are from Africa in Southern Ghana where death is treated more in a positive, healthy fashion. The funeral lasts about a week. Full of mourning and dance and positivity where they remember the good times they had with their parted loved ones. The caskets vary drastically. Like when I looked it up, there was this one person who was being buried in a tuna fish casket. Because they fished tuna.

Onestly, I want Pedaleap to be real. it looks like it would be SUCH a fun pokemon.

I love Pedaleap, it's expression show an infectious type of pure joy Opaqoffin feels a bit weird, but man do I love that Jojo stand energy. I can't blame you for being so proud of it Revanape's colors are what stand out to me. I like them, but it's so unusually pale for a Pokémon design that I can't decide if it's good or bad thing (maybe good if I say a 3D model of it)

Please think about drawing musical instruments as Pokemon: electric drums, pipe organ, bagpipes, etc.

Love the very specific vibe of “this Pokémon would have scared the everloving shit out of child me” that Opaqoffin gives.

I’d 100% use Opaqoffin, I’m already a huge Bisharp and Ceruledge fan and Ghost and Steel are two of my favorite types, it’s like this guy was made for me.

Here's a bit of folklore inspiration for the coffin dance; the danse macabre or the dance of death is a medieval performance where a dancer dressed as death dances with performers dressed as corpses of people from all walks of life showing we are all equal in death, perhaps Opaqoffin regularly visit graveyards and, through their music, summon the spirits of those who feel the beat who then become the new pre-evo as an in universe ghost story explaination for where they come from.

Revanape and Pedaleap are two of my favorites! I might've been sick of Harambe memes back in the day, but man that's such a sick looking pokemon! Would absolutely have it on my team if it were real! And Pedaleap is just so infectiously happy and adorable!

I know there's an ongoing theory that some Pokemon inspired human creations, like female Wobbuffet having a 'lipstick' marking on it inspiring the creation of lipstick. Maybe Pedaleap inspired the creation of unicycles, and maybe in tangent, bicycles in general. I can imagine a potential evolution for Pedaleap having one of those old-timey bikes!

I feel like the Harambe Pokemon could be less of a pure pacifist outside of competition and more of a gentle yet protective giant. It could allow some of its anger out, but only in the protection of other Pokemon or people who cannot protect themselves, saving them from their own fate and getting some revenge on those who try to harm the helpless and harmless.

These are the best designs I've seen. Not just because the memes are iconic but you truly executed these ones perfectly.

These are all so great and really cool Pokemon even if the memes didn't exist. Contember is a pretty cool middle stage Fire starter, and I'd love to see the rest of its line. Pedaleap is really fun, Opaqoffin is cool as hell, and Revanape is such a cool concept for a Pokemon I wouldn't even know it was inspired by Harambe. If these were in a real Pokemon game, they'd all have a good chance of being on my team.

Personally, I feel Revanape probably should have been either Ghost/Normal or Ghost/Fighting. it's still a gorilla after all, and you could go the normal rout based on the fact it comes from a real animal, but also given how physically strong it is I can easily see it as a Ghost/Fighting type.

When you said abt giving Opaqoffin a pre-Evo I thought abt the lil mummy idea, maybe it could beccarrying around an Urn instead of a coffin, since it’d likely be too small to carry one just yet. Not to mention I feel an Urn would give some leeway for a cool patterns as well since they usually seem to be decorated.

I would love to see evolutions or pre-evolutions to your original Pokemon. Like the evolution of dat boi where the unicycle becomes a full motorcycle!

These are so great I could imagine every single one of them to be an actual pokemon. I love that the "this is fine" dog is a middle stage evolution, I just wish its concept would've also been the actual "this is fine" meme instead of being alert. It could have been kinda like the Slaking line where the first stage cutesy quadruped puppy would bark and alarm others about fire and the final intimidating stage would be the one who'd responsibly save the ones in danger, while this middle stage would be nonchalant about it like the "this is fine" meme, kinda like Slakoth is in relation to its other stages

While I understand starting the video off with a safer design and concept, the this is fine dog has a lot more potential when you consider the setting. Personally, I instantly had this idea, what if it's a type that's weak to fire, like grass or ice or even steel, maybe even with the "oblivious" ability, but when it evolves after killing a set number of fire-types, it gains the ability flash fire and can defend itself better against fire types as demonstrated by its learnset and/or design. A niche variation of the idea is it could be an ice type that evolves into a water type to combat those fires, but that's a bit too experimental for this. Also, love dat boi, one of my favorites too, good taste.

I had an idea of drawing a Fakemon, based on T-Bone and Razor from the SWAT Kats. I’ve been playing around with some ideas for the themes and evolutions for the Fakemon duo. Like for the dependent evolution form, they’d go from rookie officers to vigilante heroes. I’ve been trying to come up with the concept so far and got one of them drawn out.

The coffin dance meme could have also been a Pokémon which combines coffin dance and stickbug meme. It could be a bug ghost Pokémon and it mainly would be the coffin with 6 legs. Those legs could have brown ball joints ( resembling the bald heads of the carting people ) and the coffin itself could have a similiar face to cofragrigous. I can only imagine this spider coffin vining like the stickbug when there’s music. Maybe like a creepypasta ,, it appears from semingly nowhere after something dangerous happened but haven’t died. It’s been said to collect those who were failed to get captured by the death. It’s not inevitable though because you can escape it by playing some music on your phone or other device and leave it there. This Pokémon will dance harmelessly as long as the music is playing ,,
