Postecoglu constantly talks about getting in players with the right mentality as he even said something like "can you imagine the type of character we'll need to be successful" because obviously Spurx are seen as "spursy" so if we do get near a trophy there'll be so much noise that we'll mess it up that it will take a strong collective to not fall into that narrative He's also the first manager I can remember at Spurs who talks up the teams potential success. Even Mourinho and Conte evetually started basically saying "4th place is trophy" and "we wont last being top of the league". Postecoglu needs time to get rid of that mentality
