Avoid agency for nanny. We had very bad experiences. ask your mom to find in her neighbourhood. Tell security guards your requirement. Always do background check. Having backup is also good. Keep one only for sky and some top work and another for cleaning utensil etc. Also 12 hrs is better than 24 hours unless you really need it. Not everyone comfortable with an outsider at home all the time.
