Satisfactory is a factory simulation game created by Swedish video game developer Coffee Stain Studios. It is a 3D first-person open-world exploration and factory-building game. For the trucks 1) You don't need to wait under the truck stop or do the loading manually while recording the path. If a truck gets near enough to a truck stop, it will visit it automatically. It will go through the animation even if there is nothing being loaded or unloaded. 2) There is a magic spot underneath the crane of the truck stop that the truck wants to hit when driving near the stop. Try to record the path so it goes straight under the crane so it doesn't do the truck stop dance when trying to visit the stop.

1 Thing you need to remember is, Just build and rebuild. Each time you going to want rebuilding a production line you'll find things to improve and you'll learn more and more. just don't be afraid to rebuild something.

fyi Hyppertubes are 2 directional. Just put an entrance at both ends. I find it funny how many think they are only one way and create 2 to go back and forth. Like.. you are aware you can slow down and turn around even while inside yes? I thought they were one way too by all the youtubers out there then noticed I could place an entrance onto my end point and like.. WELP that saves me a LOT of space. Yes, this can work with 'cannon' style setups like you have to boost speed.

please for the love of god make a video that show cases your thought process in determining how you build your bases from the ground up, the planning into how big its gonna be the foundation building (how its going to bring the world and the building together) up to how and where your factories are gonna go and the logistic planning

Still working on curves in blueprints but.. They're a huge timesaver for roads indeed. Everyone seems to want to use them in factories but I find this way more interesting and timesaving

My usual go-to for quartz is that each 120 line of quartz can support two constructors making crystals and two constructors making silica.

Hypertubes go both directions, just press the movement keys inside to switch. If you have an entrance on both sides it may work for boosting in either direction.

I LOVE THIS ! ! ! Your design work, your IMAGINATION, YOUR LIGHTING are INCREDIBLE ! ! ! Nearly 1000 hrs in Satisfactory, but I am TERRIBLE at aesthetics... I have a 700ish hrs save with a pretty neat Mega Factory, but unfortunately I had decided to build a WHOLE MAP HIGHWAY GRID... It's too laggy to play anymore. :( One day I'd like to spend a few hundred hrs cleaning it up, hopefully with a better GPU too. :P

Truck AI, it's program is modular in nature, and you need to make off ramps that line up the truck like you would do a train.

One more comment for you. I discovered that hyper tubes are bidirectional. You can put an entrance at both ends and it works just fine coming or going.

So the thing to understand about the path recording is that the pause markers are not directional they will just drive right towards it and then stop.

It's so nice and clean, i love this. BTW, there is a certain mod for Minecraft called Create, and some modpack make use of it to create endless automation, but instead of having pre-build factory, you can build it whenever you want it, might be fun for you to try.

Issues I have had using other people's blue prints or blue prints in general with trains and roads is that they do not align to grid, they do not attach to eachother so they are always off because moving around to see where this thing is aligning is extremely difficult. So while it's a cool idea I don't stopped using them at all

3:58 Jeez, consider installing Microsoft PowerToys. They have a system-wide search-bar similar to that one in Satisfactory with its own integrated calculator. So, you can calculate whatever you want whenever you want by pressing LAlt + Space (or whatever you prefer) instead of going back and forth like in this example. XD The only minor issue is if you calculation starts with neither a number nor an operator it won't be considered a mathematical expression, so you'll have to add "+" before "(" if expression starts with it.

im not that advanced but also not new, my biggest tip is tackle one project at a time. for example i might say. im going to make an iron parts factory. and just work on that. take your time dont try to rush it. at each stage run the factory to make sure its working how you want. then when its done, decide on a new project. most streamers go far faster than i do in my own production, i dont even rush to coal.

@@Alkoholismuss not really. maybe leave extra space? you always use more than you think you need at first. for the most part i space things out enough i can see the belts. in the beginning, i dont worry about efficiency. just as long as the parts are being produced, resources are infinite so you will fill up eventually. once you get into more complex factories, its helpful to know how to take a belt and split out what you need. so learn how to split a line into 5,7 etc and that well help. also little tricks like if you have a 270 line and lets say you need 60 off of it, its really easy to add a splitter with a mk1 belt to only take out 60 from that line. also learn the difference between a manifold and a load balance. both are useful, there are plenty of youtube videos on the topic.

Hey folks, I'm having trouble with my own version of a highway. How do you solve the incline problems? Mine never look good and they don't function well enough. My belts end up clipping in stupid and noticable ways, my hypertubes clip and look like trash and the clearance for the trucks and trains shrinks to the point of scraping the tops. Am I forced to use only the 1M or 2m risers? If so, then my catwalks suffer. Am I forced to just build a Mile up in the air and not worry about it? But then what's the point? Just run a sky beltway. I need inspiration, if anyone has some to lend.
