Zucchini - 2 pcs. (600 g)
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Starch - 1 tbsp.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Salt - 0.5 tsp. ( taste)
Black pepper to taste.
Vegetable oil for frying.
Garlic - 1 clove.
Dill - 20 g.
Recipe 2:
zucchini - 1 pc. (~250-300g.)
flour 1 tbsp.
paprika - 1 tsp.
soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
mustard - 0.5 tsp.
garlic - 1-2 cloves
salt 0.5 tsp
dill half a bunch.
spices to taste (I have barbecue seasoning, add the spices you like)
vegetable oil for frying
