How do you get 4000 miles per week? Most companies barely want to see a driver hit 3000. I personally want to run more, make the most of my hours instead of wasting time away from home. Where do you get loads and where do you prefer to run? I’m in western Canada and want to run a similar setup but haul to and from the US. Mostly yellow or green painted iron.

Bad mentality. Can’t give kids everything they want just cuz you didn’t have it. They have to learn that not everything can be obtained. As long as we can give them a roof, clothing, food, schooling and basic necessities they’ll be fine. Anything above that is extra. I was raised that way and my kids understand that too.

Drug and alcohol test this driver; can't he look in the mirror and tell he is on something? Yes, but he don't give a damn. I seen a truck driver kill himself and others on Friday, no tolerance for stupidity on the road. He brings shame on the rest of the industry. NO MORE BULLSH**T, talking about his kids; first give away, then look at his eyes and demeanor.
