Beautiful home and great views Mike. It is really nice. For me, the one thing I would change, not that there is anything wrong with it, I just want a full out door kitchen. That means, besides the grill and fridge, I’d add sink, small ice maker, and a pizza oven.

Those remote control blinds facing the bay view are a great idea for when the sun gets brutal later in the year. Lots of thoughtful details in this home, eg. varied stone throughout, pullout cabinets in the kitchen etc..

My question is why not gas stove/oven? Is there solar HW and PV? Is the gas only for pool and out doors?. And instant hot water, shower? I may consider changing out the style of sink in the master due to water splash IF that was a problem. But I would live with for a while. The STONE counters is perfect. I love that coloring over the whites, black. It matches the whole tropic vibe of Hawaii.

I see a lot of these homes shown with sliders wide open. Do residents often keep them open or even sleep with them open? I am always thinking of bugs or birds coming in the home.
