ive been ill with poor digestion for 3 years and the worst part is the depression and lack of sleep it causes. I suspect one of the causes is low stomach acid. . i tried to do the course but would regularly have metal breakdowns that would make it hard to function , what other choice have i got but to keep trying . the only thing that has helped me so far is fasting, but even that is dangerous because im incredibly skinny to start with
@stephangauthier911

It's spike protein dammage. Quite the puzzle. Look at your thyroid and vitamin D levels. Thyroid controls the liver which produce bile and stores it in the gallbladder. As complete a blood count as you can. I mean everything. Not just the basic stuff. Even minerals and vitamins (gotta ask for B1). I'm also very skinny. Dont fast too much; it's a shock to your body and robs you of your vitamin D/messes receptors. Intermittent is fine. Get some sun, salmon, citrus, eggs if you tolerate them, sardines, cod liver oil and supplement with a LOT of D, some k2 and reduce calcium intake. Clean your diet from sugar (even fruit; stick to diabetic friendly), vegetable oils, gluten, dairy, processed... Go keto with good fats (limit saturated) like fatty fish, olive oil, avocado and lean meat cuts. Lots of veggies but no nightshades. Bye bye alcohol, drugs, smoking... I know it's hard but control your stress, meditate, breathing techniques. Stay active but dont push it. Stretches, weights but moderate, walks, a bit of cardio if you can. It will trigger muscle creation. Listen to your body; it talks to you. Each person is different.

Right. You just have to keep at it a little bit at a time. If the course is hard, my book Kick Your fat in the nuts is also available on audible. I've heard from people who just listened to it while they were doing dishes and such and that helped the info sink in. and that book teaches how to look at your chemistry and digestion and such. Not just a weight loss book. our video on depression might also give you some helpful insights here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fZ5peLaqntywen0.html

God bless you, the Lord Jesus loved and cares for you greatly. I've had similar problems and by God's grace, He has led me to things that are starting to fix things over time. I suggest you start by keeping a diary of your symptoms, what you eat, and how the food affects you. Try to get a food in tolerance test done, and eliminate all of the high intolerance foods (foods your body doesn't recognize as good food), and do an elimination type diet to identify which foods are causing problems. I suggest using something similar to lowfod map diet for a few days, but start by removing all dairy , egg, and wheat for a few days. Sometimes you can easily identify the positive changes, while other times your body may need a few days to clean out before you start seeing any change. I found Videos from Barbara O'neill and Dr John berg amoung others to be very helpful while researching. Makes changes one step at a time, journal, and keep optimistic, there is hope and a solution. for evey priblem you keep in God's hands. God bless you, He loves you dearly.

Still amazing as usual. I just figured out the severe swings in my blood sugar-type 1 diabetic. The first person I saw about this 4 years ago-endo had no answers. But she sure wanted to charge my insurance up the wazoo! After going to doc after doc including functional docs and naturals that last one called me a brittle diabetic and told me to cut my meals in half-but eat all the time. Awful suggestion. I finally found the answer around 3 weeks ago. Thyroid-specifically Hashimotos can cause these crazy blood sugar swings. Taking a natural thryoid supplement(solaray) and eating AIP. Amazing turnaround. My blood sugars are way flatter, hair in the front and top quit falling out(small amounts) It is not complete yet but getting there. So grateful for you and your common sense.

Ground beef, chicken, turkey, a bit of fish and eggs lately(taking them out also) is my diet typically. I do what I have to do. Im a health nut and drink ginger tea daily. Organic foods, Do electrolytes daily with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.. since around November of 2023 my tongue feels like its been scalded. It burns and feels very irritated. It will hurt for a few day and then be normal for a few days. Its very annoying and intense! It seems to maybe be something called burning mouth syndrome based on me looking things up. Today my doctor ran a test for H Pilori (hope i spelled that right) Prayers are appreciated and any advice if someone has dealt with this very strange thing happening before. I do have 2 root canal treated teeth that could possibly be causing issues with that. I'll be getting them out sometime this year to be safe.

Yep, unfortunately there is no quick fix and there are so many different factors ie. the foods we eat, the meds or supplements we take, our age, even our homes, our state of mind, and other. It takes time to reverse the damage, it takes time to do your own research, but many don’t want to bother and just rely on their doctor to tell them what’s wrong and give them some meds to try, and from one med to another med the domino effect starts. Old or young are on so many meds that’s scary, ie. GERD pill, thyroid pill, a pill for depression, high blood pressure pill, pill for cholesterol, pill for diabetes, pill for allergies, and the list goes on. Some take all these without even thinking about the damage they are doing to their body. That’s lots of pills. If they only changed their lifestyle they could probably eliminate all, but many won’t because they want to eat what they want to eat and drink what they want to drink, etc. Thank you for this very informative video👍 Love your humor too😊

Here's another one: just focussing on diet alone as the be all end all remedy. For a long time I've thought that I've tried literally everything, but the answer was that I just tried a lot restrictive different diets. And yes, this solved many issues, but not all. Strangely enough, exacatly the same meals could produce vastly different reactions on different days. The answer was kinda obvious, but I chose to ignore it for too long. I've had mental breakdowns on a regular basis from stress, despair and frustration, basically woke up everyday with a hurting jaw from clenching and grinding (dental guards couldn't prevent that), but I kept being obsessed with finding the "perfect" diet which will finally fix everything. Turns out, there's no perfect diet for a chronically stressed body.

*T.C.: If a person has impaired bile flow, could this lead to the formation of gallstones? If so, would improving bile flow possibly help to dissolve those gallstones, over time?* I understand there are medications that sometimes may help dissolve certain types of gallstones, but I've read that stones can form again, if the original conditions for the gallstones still exist. (It's mostly diet being implicated, since healthcare is so myopic about many things.) I've read that TUDCA might help to dissolve gallstones, but I've not found any evidence showing this actually works. It may work, I just haven't found any such information. Obviously, no one is doing trials on TUDCA.

I had indigestion & burping for 6 years before I found I had low stomach acid. Now, I have constipation - i can go, but it's like pellets / small chunks. And I also have Insomnia -- for 3 years, - I can usually get to sleep, but wake up 2 -3 x a night, including to pee. I also struggle to build muscle, although i CAN and have gained weight, muscle though is tough. I have tried your self tests, I seem to be : - low on minerals (BP 106/66) - my urine pH is slightly too high - 6.0-6.2 - my saliva pH is slightly over - between 7-25-7.5 - I still have a couple of the poor digestion symptoms, despite improvements - I seem to be a 'fat burner' rather than a 'carb burner' - I have more Anabolic markers than Catabolic, even though I struggle to gain muscle Also, I have quite high fasting blood sugar, but it's normal 2 hours after eating

Same here. You already had predispositions, and covid/vax kicked it to 11. You're gonna have to go strict on diet, habits and find what chain link is broken. Start with thyroid and vitamin D. Of course, diet and exercise.

Triphala is great for constipation. Take maybe once or twice a week. On a completely empty stomach. Really helped me.

Anytime I would sick, that was always the worst part, so I really just tested out getting aggressive and treating it and it changed everything for me.

Most likely because you are like an addict getting his/her fix. On "Super Size Me" after a week or so, he would experience severe drops in mood and wellbeing, until he had his McDonald's, at which point, he would feel borderline euphoric.
