Today I visited a company that sold and hired scaffolding equipment. I was asked to leave their drive so I did.
Then two of the sales staff came out to talk to me and they looked totally lost all through the conversation.

Amazed that 'sales reps' do such a bad job of portrayng themselves and their company in a good light. That woman should be embarrassed with her jobsworth mentality of telling another adult how to avoid traffic coming in and out of the entrance. Perhaps she's a Special PC n her spare time, the attitude certainly checks out.

The young lady was wearing a three peaks 50th anniversary fell running event hi viz vest. This is interesting, she may have been a marshal or the company may have sponsored it. Great if it was a sponsorship deal. Instead of interrogating you she could have explained how the company participated in the community by sponsoring this significant event and made her company look good.

Looks abit like our yard in ferrybridge in knottingly. Work for a firm called Mitchell and Irwin's. Cracking firm and you would be surprised at how much scaffolding we have and use mate. Pass by! Godbless.

I was once told when I started with the railway that any publicity is good whether the content is good or bad it is still free publicity. They should really be grateful that they are getting it as they may not get it again for free. For a company to get this level of publicity it would cost thousands of pounds in advertising costs. I dislike people like that woman more than I dislike the aggressive and violent interactions. At least the aggression and violence is a genuine response. People like her who belittle and patronise and look down on you... it's pathetic and disgusting. She made the company look real bad. That lady demanding your details and then refusing to give you hers because 'I work here' thinking she's better than you. That man demanding your respect yet refusing to give you any respect because he thinks he's better than you.

I do enjoy these type of videos but they do have a point that it's 'unusual' to hang around a company entrance and film what's going on. I guess it's just something we all have to get used to in this social media age
