Only Elizabeth I can rival her both are Britons greatest monarchs despite when they were born neither were expected to rule but did with such devotion, dignity and pride. We will not have a queen like Elizabeth again.

0:11 As soon as I saw the footage of the Queen and Princess Margaret playing on the seesaw as kids, I just lost it and couldn't stop crying. She could've had such a carefree and easy life, but instead she placed her country first. She never once shrank from her duties and literally swore in a new prime minister less than 2 days before her passing. That kind of dedication and patriotism is something younger generation simply doesn't understand.

Born, raised and 69 years Irish, I also mourn her. Never my head of state, but she was always queen, all my life. Her coronation took place 28 days before I was born, in the same month. I had really hoped and kept my fingers crossed that she would make it to at least June 30th 2023, to celebrate both her coronation and my birthday. Imagine, we would have had a right royal 70 in common! Well done, beautiful tribute. Watching and listening to your choice of music, and some images I've never seen before, and others all my life, for the seventeenth time, or thereabouts.

thankyou Paul. i too am 69 (next May) The Queen always wanted to visit Ireland despite the troubles that were coming to an end, although like a cancer may never truly be gone. but to Ireland she went and i loved the welcome that Ireland gave her. ok some didn't get it but we get that in England too. any politics, History, terrorism or bloodshed over many years can not be attributed to this lady who did her best over the years but has no real say in politics or government except advice to people who did listen to her, i mean how many prime ministers has she given advice to? but her visit to Ireland still ranks as one of her remarkable visits in her Reign. God Bless Ireland..Long Live The King.

In America, we just don’t have music like this. “I vow to thee my country” touches the deepest part of the human soul. It’s absolutely beautiful music that is fit only for a Queen. I have already watched this tribute to Her Majesty literally hundreds of times. Watching it gives me goosebumps. It is ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT. Sensational job to the person, whoever you are, who compiled this film montage of a magnificent monarch who has now passed into legend. Thank you for creating this unforgettable masterpiece. I was born in 1952 when the old king died. We lived in Poplar ,east London, and I have a photo with my dear old dad at the Lizzie coronation Street party in 1953. It will never be the same. Queen Elizabeth 2 held us all together. God bless the king but he will need all his mother's powers to preserve our monarchy.

My mothers wedding dress (1952) was modelled on that of the Queen . I realised only recently. My father was born 8 days after Elizabeth, so it was always easy for us kids to know the Queens age… Both my parents died a while ago. How can I not relate.

She will go down in history as one of the greatest monarchs, she certainly fulfilled her promise 70 times over and she will be sorely missed. I personally feel anxiety of the future without her as she was like a grandmother to all I am sad I never met her I did however meet the now King Charles III and the Queen consort Camilla. I still cried. This woman, this magnificent symbol of tireless public service, this monolith to duty, this rock in all our lives is gone… It still doesn’t quite feel real, not quite right.. she’s always been there and now she’s just… gone… Rest in peace Your Majesty… rest easy and know your peoples will always love you… and know your realms are in safe hands… I hope you’re smiling down on us from Heaven, finally reunited with your beloved Prince Philip… Rest in Peace, you oh glorious sovereign…

She always carried herself with dignity and grace and in the worst of times, she was a true example of what a leader should always strive to be. I will always remember the day after here in the United States. It was raining, dark, and the flags where ordered at half mast for her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, God cried as he had taken her from us. God Save the Queen.. God Save the King.
