I just returned from New Zealand (where the movies were filmed) and was and UNREAL! I had only watched the movies, and I am a true fan now! Seeing Hobbiton, Bag End, Mount Doom, and so much more! It was a trip of a lifetime, and I recommend it to everyone who has interest in Lord of the Rings!

Just a correction i would like to point out. Bilbo's stone trolls are in the movies they just arent pointed out by the characters. It's where the Hobbits camp at one point.

They do, it’s in the background at one place that they rest. They don’t mention it at the time, only something that can be observed which is likely why pippen didn’t recall.

@@sweetolbob2 No, they do mention it. Frodo is nazgul-poisoned at the time, and Sam tells him "Look mr Frodo, mr Bilbo's trolls!", but Frodo obviously doesn't respond.

It’s probably just me who hasn’t done my research enough. But how long are they with building earth? like at what percentage are They at? An other question I have is have they completed a full Country yet? Or a major city? I love how much time quality and research that’s put in the videos but it would be awesome if we got a video update on the whole project without specific topics, just like an overall run-through it all. It would be awesome if someone could respond with some of my questions here in the comments:) Ps I love how the videos are made its not meant as an criticism or anything(-;

We’re still probably at less than 10%, especially considering how much things have slowed down. Not enough builders passionate about the project anymore. We need as many as we can get!. No country or city has been finished. They’re much, much larger than you’d think. We did finish Antarctica though, sorta. Anyways, there’s a video coming soon with an update regarding Seattle, Washington which has some of the most progress of any city in the project, mostly by Pippen himself!

You haven't even built Morocco on a scale of 1:1, its one of the countries that have an empowering culture, food, etc.. There’s another ongoing project of building middle earth in Minecraft but with the conquest reforged mod. No offence but they managed to put in much more detail and better looking terrain features. It’s called ‘Ardacraft’.
