We’re not scared! We WRITE & Sing the love songs you love! Unfortunately, Females aren’t Women, today! They have “WAP,” “don’t need a man,” and see us as inferior! Older girls are too hard and damaged to hear us and the young ones are off havin “Hot Girl Summers!” See?

Just jamming with my newborn. This ole' school music puts his fat self right to sleep. 💃🏾💃🏾Someone is going to read this because they stumbled across this page, due to feeling lonely. I'm supposed to tell you, "All is not lost and you have always been loved and guided by your spirit guides and angels. Allow them in so the suffering can end. " Not sure who that message is for. I just obey the instructions. I love you all!🫂❤

I was signed to the same Record label as Switch. I used to watch them in rehearsals and onstage in concert. They were excellent musicians and very professional. Greg Williams - the trumpet player, was the main force behind the band and ran things. Many people don't know their name is Switch because the band members would switch instruments during their shows.

And don't forget all positive uplifting music, stuff now...I just can't get with most of what our people are making, and I'm not that old I'm 34...but I grew up in the 90's with stuff like this, this is what my family listened to at BBQ's, birthdays, or whatever kind of celebrations..my grandfather and his brothers had a band, they could play instruments and sing etc..they never got popular but I think they were pretty good, my late uncle played woodwind instruments, my grandfather is good at base, their older brother could play piano and their younger brother my other uncle was good on the drums. I love music from the 60's, 70's 80's and 90's...early 2000's it started to go downhill imo, and now it's too point where anything modern si filled with a bunch of trashy bs that honestly makes me kind of depressed when I lsiten to it...I only really only listen to jazz, blues, and electronic dance music that's modern....music made by our people now is filthy, can only listen to so much...filth, I can't groove with the music of today...but hey, that's for them, its a reason why these young black artists are getting money like they are...because that's what is popular now, but it's not better pure music..with great vocals, real instruments etc. There is a few artists out there trying to keep positive black music alive..but they are few and far between and not many of them are popular artists. Thanks for sharing those thoughts.

I know that’s right, we had the best music. My grandson play all my music and some of their songs. I have my song that I love from my parents dancing I’m looking at them wondering, if this what love is suppose to be. They thought that Betty Wright was filthy and it wasn’t, she didn’t say one curse word or anything bad. She was telling her truth, we had the best of everything growing up in the 70’s I’m the youngest of 8. My momma didn’t play at all, but you were outside until she called for lunch..💜💜💜💜💜

Yea, lots of people did. But Bobby was the most talented out of them all! Then El was next.. El was close but no cigar.. And even El himself admitted that Bobby blew EVERY BODIES SOCKS OFF THAT came to either work, learn or compete. These two were the real deal and they had naturally high voices and so didn’t have to strain with falsetto as much. Yes they still used falsetto, but it was easier for them because they were already up there in that range naturally!
