Before the make over, I notices how beautiful her eyes looked and hoped the crew would bring attention to her eyes. She is naturally pretty and the makeup and hairstyle was perfect.

She looks fantastic! And so modern. No need to insert those fake videos/photos though, they are confusing and misleading. I’d rather see more of the process like in the earlier days: the make up tips, Christopher explaining the hair solutions. That way we can learn. Loved the husband’s reaction.

I agree about the fake photos. It's good to get the person's story, but it isn't authentic to use generic photos. Also agree that we miss learning some of the makeup tips and decorations.

@@MAKEOVERGUY That's interesting to learn. So, I understand your need for setting up the life story of the subject. But,I also agree with people who dislike it here. I feel that it looks simple, cheap and fake, and thus, diminishes the genuine value of the team's efforts that create these great outcomes.

I've been loving watching Christopher's videos for a few years now. The reaction and answers to what all are saying about not needing the insertions of fake pictures & excessive background stories is coming across as tone deaf & not reading the audience. You yourself have prefaced these videos with a comment about production costs. The cost of the makeovers are high but, to me, worth it. The prior videos that showed the process & interactions with Christopher were better, more interesting and more natural. And I'm quite sure not as expensive to produce. Please reconsider how you're now presenting the stories.

WOW did that take years off of her! She could easily pass for early 30's. I wasn't crazy about the dress, yet I think it was "her" (casual, fun). Surprisingly, I did like the boots. I think they're super versatile (could easily be worn with jeans or leggings) and were also very "her". Also, her eyes and hair popped after the makeover. Love that you left her hair long. Great job!

Great transformation! Great hair! And what a finishing touch, a polished appearance with the makeup! Dress is too short for a 50 year old. (Wow! So much time taken up with childhood trauma = great need for long needed individual therapy and grief support group.)

Check out his book Staging Your Comeback. His earlier videos show some of the makeup application with tips but the book helps you figure out shapes, colors and techniques.

My heart goes out to her, the loss of your Mum at such a young age… it’s never fair. It was obvious that she has a beautiful face… and it’s great to see her hair remain longer. Beautiful cut and colour. My goodness, she has lovely legs… way to highlight them. I thought she looked really cute in the sweater dress and the colour was perfect on her! Well done! I think she looks natural and stylish and feminine 2 .. I get addicted to these videos and I want to see every one that I haven't seen before I stopped looking at them last time, and it's kind of because you get used to looking at actresses and models in magazines, and then you either think, 'oh well it's impossible for me to look like that or else you lie to yourself and tell you if you could look like that if you you had $600 to fix your hair and have nice clothes. I like that these women look normal but they look beautiful! when he's done -and it looks very sustainable and he makes them happy! how good is that?!
