I also was born with HIV and never knew until 2020, I'm adopted but I still don't know why they didn't get me tested....now I've been on the ARVs for over 2 years now and everything is going smoothly but I still can't believe that I have it , I have scares all over my body and I've tried to get rid of them but they're still here, I have a boyfriend and I've told him about it he's (negative) and he told me nothing would change between us and it hasn't fortunately, but I still feel the pain and wonder if he really doesn't have a problem with it This has been the hardest obstacle in my life so far I cry and wish that I wake up not ACTUALLY having it But I guess it's life...

I know you might think it’s sinusitis it’s just tiny thing but hey I was for surgery and God healed me always with headaches to me they become normal since there was no single day I didn’t them. So Proud of you 🌟it takes courage to live openly and talk about your HIV status without feeling any shame even though the stigma is still there but we don't focus on the stigma but we focus on Living well with the human virus. Am also a victim of being born with HIV and the stigma that comes with it is one thing that has to be dealt with... I once opened up and told my sister that I was positive but she never took it seriously... Now she saw me taking my medication and asked me what they were for out of disappointment and fear of acceptance I just told her that they were for blood
