Maybe someday Andrea will become annoying in terms of beating in this game for Alex. Hey let's just arrange one more game in June and that game should feel like it's the World Cup final game. If Andrea wins that game Alex should become a slave of her own sister for the whole one month. 😂😂😂

@@droidgeist I went back and rewatched it from the stream recording, and I'm seeing the same thing I saw live and in the edit here. Andrea was unhappy - obviously since she lost - even when Dina was trying to console her about her play, until she found out from her sister reading chat that she got compared to a Ferrari. Then she cheers up and says, "I may not be the better sister but at least I have the Russians on my side." And Alex is smiling at the joke too; I think she also appreciated how it helped cheer up Andrea. To me it looked like Alex only really got unhappy at what Dina was saying when Dina criticized her habit of moving her pieces back to the 8th rank, which was a legitimate criticism.

It must have been hard for Andrea growing up with a more beautiful and higher rated at chess sister but now she has grown up she is just as beautiful, smashes it with her DJ and music production collaboration, has a fantastic personality that balances cerebral focus with whimsical humour and energy. Oh, and let's not forget her physicality: the honing of her body and the bravery she showed with the chess boxing that shows a determination to go beyond what Alexandra would consider. The fact is that without some radical medically induced brain changes (maybe nootropics such as modafinil combined with intensive training under an electro magnetic stimulation induced child like neuroplastic brain state) Alexandra is always going to be that little bit better unless she suffers some sort of brain injury or neurodegenerative illness. Ability at chess is a bit like height. When a player begins to learn they are lying down as they improve they go from crouching to stooped to eventually standing straight. At that point sure a tiny extra boost might be achieved by stretching but there is a limit beyond which your height will not naturally increase. It's like Alexandra's chess height is 5ft 8" while Andrea is 5ft 6". Some kids can become very good when young but the fact that non of these kids with elos of 2000+ at 5 reach an elo of 3000 shows that there is a physical limit. Sure, most people can improve a bit as most people never even reach their standing chess height let alone the stretching height that can be achieved with hours of study. Magnus carlsen is just a giant. The fact is he may still have a stoop but has not had an opponent that has forced him to stretch.

In my opinion, and honest pov is that until Andrea can play more than just the London; while adding a title to her name as a good chess player. I think she won’t be equal to Alexandra in level, but even so… she is a great chess player that can beat a lot of players; another not everyone or a reasonable amount of people that have a title. I am definitely a fan of both, but more Alexandra than Andrea..
