I love your reactions so much! Wille totally needed to say all that to his parents. It’s been building up to that. They are just not there for him at all. Edvin’s acting in this scene is amazing. When he says to his dad “ Dad do you see me, I’m your only son”. Wow! Also extra sad for Wille when Simone breaks up with him, when really he needed to be hugged. I get why he broke up with him, it was just all too much for Simon, but it was still heartbreaking. Also, I have to admit, I loved Sara and August. It was a beautiful scene.

It's not even 1 year, it's less than 1 schoolyear because Wille had to change schools weeks after the schoolyear had already started, so the whole of YR spans from October to June. One of the director's said that Wille's birthday is supposed to be on May 28th, Erik died in November, so it's only been 6 months since his death.

hello, im a new watcher! i absolutely love how you give so much love, grace and patience to all the characters! it’s very refreshing to see how much you care about all of them because i feel the exact same. i’ve loved watching your reaction to this entire series so far!

from my pov, simon does have bad sense of fashion. i thought they were pajamas too ever since s1. still, it's his fashion sense and it is what it is. watching the royal family have their blow up like that should have simon counting his blessings that his family issues aren't like this and appreciate the family he has. the phrase "love should not be this hard" is a double edge sword b/c theoretically, yes, love shouldn't be hard. you should just be in love and happy w/the person you've chosen and just live life without any worries or care what anyone says. the reality is love is not always easy, in any form of a relationship. tbh, this episode reflects that. loving your parents (and extended family), friends, significant partners is not always easy. it actually takes a lot of work that involves serious communication, which for a number of people is not as common one would hope. having honesty, trust, respect, like, there's so much that goes into a relationship to actually make it work for those involved. but this is also my adult views and i see love much more than just loving someone. as you get older, one will soon find out that love is definitely not enough to make a relationship work, especially a romantic relationship. i know when you're young, especially a teen, when everything is heightened to a 1000 and it's your first experience with having a boyfriend/girlfriend. you think love is all you'll need, and hope you're going to be w/that person forever, but that rarely happens. i wasn't surprised with simon parting ways from wille b/c each episode has felt like they were on the verge of breaking up. that's just the truth. when i watched this episode for the first time, i did feel like that wasn't the right time for simon to break up w/wille. i understood simon's reasons for stepping away and i don't fault him for those feelings b/c we've been seeing the struggles in each episode this season. it was bound to happen. just a matter of when. for wille, i'm sure it's like that kick me while i'm down feeling. is this really happening right now? lots of emotions everywhere. i have a lot of thoughts about s3 so, i'll wait till you post the finale.

16:51 yes simon understand what is going on with wille and that's exactly why he says he should leave. There's an obvious tension because Erik is everywhere but the family (wille and his parents) don't really talk about it, about they're grieving, but the mother keep mentioning erik everytime she can...☹ Yes, wille is hurting, and he needed to say that to his parents, and they needed to hear it, simon witness it and yes he is shocked/scared/sad to see wille's outburst but he also know that he can't do anything. He is his boyfriend not his therapist and he can't be the one who "fixes" him.😕 But arcade to end that episode.... why???😭

I do not think that Wille was ready at all for a discussion about Erik when he informed Simon. Sometimes it is better for the relation to just listen and give physical comfort when the other person is upset about something.

I had hoped that Simon should have stayed over the night just hugged Wilhelm. And told him in the morning about his desicion. Not a good timing to say this and leave at once if he really cares for Wilhelm as a person.
