Damilola Falodun, a 24-year-old Ekiti indigene has revealed how she was trafficked to Oman to be used as a slave and a sex machine by an agency.
In this exclusive interview with Legit TV, she explained that she had intentions of traveling abroad to seek greener pastures after the demise of her parents.
But she was shocked when things turned out sour in the country where she found herself.
“In Oman... you have sex (with your boss), you have peace; without sex, you won’t know peace,” she said during the interview.

It's true, my own brother brought me to abroad and I experienced the same treatment, one day, I ran out from the house. I could have died there. People back home will think that someone is enjoying in abroad, not knowing that someone is a slave here, even worse than a slave. At least you were being paid, I wasn't paid and beating every day. I ran out and it was for good, we thank GOD.

Our fathers fought to end slavery and colonial rule, here we are today willingly selling ourselves into slavery, being a servant to those whose countries are not as bless as ours, selling ourselves to heartless demons in human form. Enough is enough! While praying let start holding our rulers accountable due to their actions or inactions. Let’s start speaking with one voice to eradicate this old Cabals that has brought our country to it kneels. Let’s not always wait till election time before we start bringing awareness and enlightenment to those in the rural areas. It breaks my heart to hear this kind of story, I wish I had magical powers to bring down the reign of the so call Cabals. I wish I had magical power to lock up all those that has rule from Babagida era till date and throw away the key. I wish I had the power to eradicate all the sell-out in Nigeria. If wishes were horses ...... bla! bla! bla! God saw you through the ordeal for a purpose girl! You shall prevail and excel. Let’s vote out APC & PDP!

Touch Not voting will never work, revolution is the answer, see Edo, ekiti and osun was a testing ground for 2019 general election, see how buhari is preparing his ground by removing every body who might stand in his way and installing people who are loyal to him, he did it in Dss, he did it in the army by removing the spokes man, he has done it in the judiciary, he also did it in INEC, to mention but few, so how will voting help? Revolution is the answer, the problem is that the lazy youths who are supposed to champion it are busy shouting Sai baba or Atikulated.

@@The_Cruise_Fam a lot of Nigerians are already slaves in Nigeria. Black people can't manage their countries. And another thing is greed is also making these girls victims. We always think any other place is better than Nigeria. Look at it another way...Nigeria is richer than most these Arab countries, but our leaders refused to use our money develope our nation, but instead, choose to loot it to buy properties in Dubai, including top Buharis appointees.

Nope, Nigerians has to take responsibilities too. Our moral values are on the mud. The worship of money, the insatiable appetite for instant wealth, greed, lack of contentment, disdain for hard work. Even those that have good jobs will quit them for so called greener pasture.. Everything isn't government. At some point the people has to be accountable for the choices they made. There's poverty in all countries including America but the difference is normal people in other countries are contented with the little they have. They live their poor lives with dignity and grace. Yes, it is true there are a lot of challenges. This is because of our greedy politicians, that there is no means of creating jobs to our youth. We have a lot of unemployed youth graduates and non graduates. To solve this problem, the government should step in for creating jobs, like farming is a big opportunity to meet the demands of huge numbers of unemployment. So the government should invest in to modern agriculture that can create massive jobs. Until then our jobless youths will travel to seek jobs. My advice is that the government should come in to partner with those countries in order to monitor what is going on with the our people. Like now to solve those problems, the government of Ethiopia and Uganda come to an agreement with Saudi and dealing only with legitimate companies. So every house maid is registered in Labour office, open bank account in his home country and know where she or he is going with a proper contract agreement. After travel every house maid will receive her money to her account and monitored by the ministry of Labour. Anything is monitored by the ministry database connected to the banks. If there are problems, the girl should go to the office and report. And the offices who are given license to operate should have a guaranteed, like in Ethiopia the company should have at least 100000$ as a guarantee. In that way the government can contribute his obligation. There are a lot problems in this type of arrangement. The fault is there no regulatory authorities to regulate as I have mentioned above. My advice is that those who wanted to work abroad should contact a proper offices who are legitimate by the ministry of Labour. If you go to the ministry of Labour, you can find who are those companies. If you are dealing with individuals, you will be in wrong hands and will let you pay money. In conclusion, we can't stop this type of migration, until we create employment for our youth. And to save such people, the government should have an agreement with those countries on how they deal with our people. That is why embassies are opened for diplomacy sake and other cooperation. NB. A point of correction, shakala means worker, house maid not slavery. Not all they are facing such problems especially sex. If the person encounter sexual harassment , he can ran and inform police, their law is dangerous for such cases. There are A lot of good people from them as well. As far as the work is concerned it is true, is difficult. Thanks

Our people don't need to go anywhere to do domestic work to survive if our governments are living up to expectations. How many foreigners do you see coming to Africa to do domestic work? Even the illerates will be packaged and brought here as international staff! Our governments and that of these notorious countries are aware of human trafficking and are not doing anything concrete for this to end. As a people we need to create awareness about this evil to reduce the number of victims.
