It's unbelievable how ignorant and naive some people are, this lady thought that she can travel from Nigeria to Malaysia by land without a passport...amazing I think that the majority of these women are tricked into human traffic due to the fact that most of them are uneducated, gullible, naive, desperate and they have zero knowledge or experience of traveling abroad.

All you have said here sounds good, but I wish you could just get one important word from your comment. "Desperate" she went through terrible and horrible time because she was desperate to change the unbearable situation that was dictating to her by then. If only our African leaders can make Africa a better place for their own people my brother; people wouldn't be risking their lives like they are doing. You and I know that people in Africa live on less than $1 a day. It's better we sometimes don't make comment if we can't understand what some of these people go through than adding insults to injuries. Some of these people have never travel b4 since they were born and some don't have access to smart phones or even if they do; they don't know how to do research on traveling. Some go exactly by what friends tell them, and they buy into it because of the challenges they are faced with.

No, Nigerians are very greedy and never contented with what they have. They've this illusion that money are picked on the streets somewhere else they don't have to work hard. Nigeria is far more richer than most African countries. Her citizens standard of living are far more better than some citizens of other African nations that are happy and contented with little they've. It's a mentality, cultural, education and awareness issues. Everything isn't government, at some point the people have to take responsibility for the choices they made.

Truth be told, Bini girls love going to Italy to make it big by any means possible. They're modeling older generation of their women, who went to Italy and were successful. One thing they didn't know was those older ladies didn't travel by road and deserts. Their rich connected pimps/Madams got visas and tickets for them. Upon their arrival, their passports were confiscated and they're held hostage doing prostitution for their Madam to pay back. Some of these ladies acting victims knew exactly what they signed up for. Just a few are victims. Let's get this straight. The question is why is this dangerous trip to Europe prevalent in Edo state?

Ermm madam male identified, there is something called illiteracy and naivete. And no, you're not empathetic. Not everyone in Nigeria knows that you need a passport to travel internationally. People are here insulting this lady that she didn't use her head to figure out that one doesn't travel to Malaysia by road. Alot of you saying this here got no idea that many of our African brothers and sisters who have not travel before got no idea on traveling. Some people born in their own country villages have not seen their capital city let alone traveling to another country. The greatest problem in Africa is the heartless leaders that never care about their own people; if those leaders were creating jobs for their people to work or make the economy better that businesses will even run perfectly, people wouldn't be risking their lives like this. Alot of people living in their own country Africa precisely like they are living in next man's country. People lived on less than $1 a day, some dying from mere sicknesses that they shouldn't die from b'cuz of lack of proper medication, younger ladies getting into prostitution against their will, young men becoming drug addicts and lot more crazy stuffs. In those very countries these terrible things are happening; we got one man call himself president, representative, senator, minister, got millions of dollars stolen and bragging to be amoung the richest in the world. People don't see these atrocious behavior toward their fellow innocent ones, but blamed them for been stupid. I honestly don't understand how naive 🙃 this girl is to think that she could have travelled by road from Nigeria to Malaysia. 🙄 She speaks English so I guess tht she went to school. Why then is it that her geographical knowledge is zero not to think of Nigeria as being in West Africa and Malaysia in Asia. This is sad and makes me so angry even to comprehend what she passed through and only to end up where she narated this story as her final destination. The compass 🧭 must have broken down.

You know they are deceiving you. Why do you want to travel to Malaysia by road and without international passport?
