I worked at buffalo wild wings for 8 years. And looking this vid just reminded of how everything was prepared. The traditional wings are ass. We just threw them in the fryer for 8 mins and then took them out and put them in a humidifier like oven. And then cook them to order for another 4 mins. Now if you want them crispy. Dont just say crispy. Because the standard was 12 mins. Ask for a certain cook time. Like in between 20-24 mins was amazingly crispy. The tenders are battered and flowered. But the batter came in a powder and we just put water in it to mix for the wet batter. Cheese curds are hella salty. Id recommend a side of marinara. Or order a side of carmel. The wedges were the best thing on there. I always pit salt and vinegar on mine too!They cook them for about 3 and a half mins. I always cooked them for 4 mins. That 30 seconds made a difference. Because they only got soggy on the way home. If you order wedges with cheese to go. Ask for 2 sides of cheddar jack cheese and melt them at home. And the burgers use to come frozen before 2019 i think. But they switched it and they actually come in as regular cooler temp ground beef already formed into a cube. They just smashed them on the grill with a salt and pepper clicker so it actually is a really good burger. Now i havent worked there since 2021 but i cant imagine alot has drastically changed besides sauces and a little bit of the way they do to go orders. Bdubs isnt horrible but location is everything!! Since ive left. I heard it has gotten drastically worse. But he is right.
