Жыл бұрынThe Toronto Maple Leafs finally won a game in round 2 of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. We saw an emotional ending with Sam Bennett and Matthew Tkachuk throwing punches around toward the Leafs and Mitch Marner
Mitch Marner scored a goal so did William Nylander. It's good to see the core four finally producing in this round.
The question remains, can they do it 3 more times and pull a miracle here?

Leafs came out physical this time in response to the cats, and tightened up. Fewer sloppy plays. Cats seemed tired or maybe too passive.

You obviously haven’t watched the series other than highlight reels. The only reason Florida won game 1 was Sergei. Games 2,3 & 4 were a one goal margin. I’m not going to say anything about the officiating.

As a Bruins, I'll say something about the officiating for you. Throughout the entire playoffs the Panthers have been committing so many major penalties that the refs let go. The fact that Tkachuk & Bennett have only received a 5K fine for their play is all the proof you need.

@@HockeyCircle yeah I am but I’m also objective. They have definitely had some lacklustre periods and at times seemed like they “don’t care”. I just look for dialogue that is balanced.

Tbh I just want Mathew’s and marner to actually be gritty back if your getting punched after the game don’t complain to the ref. He’s not gonna call anything hit the fucker back!

@@HockeyCircle let’s be honest here, Marner is losing that fight so what would be the point of him getting penalized when he’s outmatched? I would prefer to see him potentially draw a penalty and outplay Tkachuk in other areas.
