The scene where doctor strange said,"Teach Me" humbled him. At the start of the movie he is a person who thinks he is more superior than others such as Tony Stark,flawed.This scene humbled him.For the first time he admits that he doesnt know everything and that someone is more greater or smarter than him.He admits that he still has *room* to learn.

Later, in the fight against rhodey, tony asks the DJ to play a better song to “beat his buddy to” Avengers: during the big argument in the helicarrier, Tony describes himself without the suit as a “billionaire, genius, playboy, philanthropist” and when he suddenly becomes the main topic of the argument, tony asks “hold on why is this about me now?” To which cap replies with “im sorry, isn’t everything?” Im sorry but a good portion of films with stark in them, he has viewed himself as somebody whos better than other prople

Except him saying "I'm good" or "I'm the best" or stating what he is doesn't necessarily translate to him thinking he's better than anyone. He's simply praising himself without putting others down or even putting himself on top of anyone but himself.

I found a nice detail: if you watch the glass effect when Dr Strange casts the spell on the book ( 1:44 ), you can see his reflections on the glass but happening a few seconds into the future.

Movie observation: When Strange and Wong first meet at the library. Strange asks Wong if he ever laughs, and tells that people thought that he was funny. To which Wong responds by asking "Did they work for you?" Cut to the end of the Movie, where Strange makes a joke "The warning comes after the spells" to kaiceilius, and Wong ends up cracking into laughter saying that's funny. This itself is a good joke, since after The Ancient One's death, Wong now works for the new Soccerer Supreme - Stephen Strange and finds Stephen funny. 😂😂

plus when the avengers went back in time in endgame hulk went to the scorcerer supreme in 2012 but the scorcerer tells hulk that he is five years too soon so hulk should have not come in 2012 but five years later thus in 2017 which is when strange is there. so the colonel may be rhodes but barry said "experimental armour" which is not war machine which isnt eperimental whereas the hammer suit was "experimental' so it is most possibly the suit from iron man two

Also, the Cloak of Levitation. Name says it all. He's not flying, but rather it levitates him by itself and carries him where he wants to go or where it believes he needs to go. Example being the cage trap.

I just realized the time loop isn't some special spell, it's basic use of the Time Stone. He sets back the clock, but not enough to cause any major changes, and every time he dies its interrupted and set back to its original state before the Stone was used

And the only reason it worked to drive Dormamu mad was because Dormamu existed beyond space and time, so he remembered each and every time he had to kill Strange. And how he failed each and every time.

That Soul damage one is actually extremely important in the comics. Certain enemies/characters like Dormammu or Ghost Rider can do permanent damage to a person by damaging their soul. Ghost rider has a move called "Fester" or something like that where he damages someone straight down to the soul and the wound can never heal as long as they live. It will just remain, and if they ever astral project or even try to switch bodies, it will remain and follow them. That point might very well come up in a future movie. Especially once Dr Strange starts to tackle more and more spiritual and mystical threats.

Iron Man 1 And 2 both take place before The Avengers movie. This includes the Hammer Industries test pilot who broke his spine in an experiment. This is why Canadian Lad included the directors stating it wasn't Rhodey.

In Endgame Bruce/Hulk visits the sanctuary on bleeker st during the events of The First Avengers in 2012 and Bruce asks for Dr. Strange to which the Ancient One replies: " You're about 5 years too early." So, yeah, his accident had to occur in 2016 or before considering if you think all the time he spent looking to fix his hands before meeting the Ancient One. I've only watched Dr. Strange once or twice so I couldn't confidently say if any sort of time passage is mentioned for sure, but its obviously long enough that his hair becomes unkempt and he grows a beard.

It doesn’t say how early in 2016 it was, Civil war probably took place around when it released in may so the accident would’ve happened somewhere at the start of the year. Actually I just looked at the movie again and stopped right when Mordo gives Strange his watch back which broke during the mugging, the date was on January 2016 so he definitely would’ve gotten it at the start of the year, and Civil war would’ve been around May since that’s the general time it got released. At least that’s my guess

Ancient One says... "If this word offends your modern thoughts so you can call it a program"... Which proves her statement that is.... "You cannot beat a river into submission have to surrender to its current and use its power as your own", she also done it with stephen as she reduced her level of teaching which is suitable for strange. Hope this is one new detail... Like this so that our Canadian Lad will see it.

I would argue that it's a conflict of two different worlds and rather than "dumbing down" her teaching she overcame the percieved antiquity and upgraded her teaching so that Stephen could better understand. She recognised that the same words mean different things to both of them, so she changed hers so that the meaning would come across as all good teachers can do. It's not that she dumbed it down and insulted him, that's beneath her and works against the whole point of teaching him.

Hey dude! I have one detail from the movie "Spider-man: homecoming". In the final battle, spidey is falling in the turbine of the plane and he use his web to stop it, and one web-shoter gets stucked in the turbine moments before it falls. And that's why peter only use his right web-shooter later in the scene before vulture's wing fail and explote. I think it's an interesting detail that not much people notice in the firt time.

Did you notice that after Tony stark gets away from the seven rings and is found by the helicopters that he gives the peace symbol? At the beginning of the movie he makes fun of the soldier for doing the same thing and says 'ya I love peace. If we had peace I'd be out of a job". Well now after his experience in the cave he is leaving behind his d life and his job. We can see that he's already started changing.

Before the accident he is putting on his watch and shaving his face which is a contrast to later in the film were he struggles to do these simple tasks witch just further shows his frustration with his accident and his determination to fix it

The Apple observation is SUPER IMPORTANT for understanding the logic of time in Endgame. It is massive. It illuminates why she eventually decided to give the time stone to Hulk, and helps explain what the hell he was talking about when he explained the timeline break/restoration.

I don't know if this is correct, but when they show he has a lot of watches and collects them, they are foreshadowing that he will wear the time stone of his wrist when reversing time and this also explains his curiosity with the time stone, as he is a watch collector.

Something amazing to think about, that groundhog day easter egg was a buildup this whole time, to episode 4 of What If, because the day of the crash is the day Strange relives over and over, and it's implied he was in the loop for a long time, maybe even years

What I noticed not mentioned: After Stephan Strange's car crash, he wakes up and says"look at these fixatures" Dr. Palmar responds "No one could have done better". Strange responds, "I could have done better". When Strange gets stab and uses the sling ring to teleport to the hospital, he goes into his astral form. He guides Christine to work on his body.

I noticed a detail in GOTG2 when there’s an overshot of the ravager ship in the arrow scene you can see yondus arrow going through some barrels which look like engines which make a small explosion so that makes the ship blow up easier

I have two things I've noticed in two different films that I don't think I've seen you mention on your channel, you may have but here goes. 1. In Thor Ragnarok, after Bruce banner jumps out of the pleasure ship and fenrir stops and begins to run again, you can just barely see Bruce turning into the hulk behind the wolf. 2. In infinity war: we all know that Iron man has to put a ton of effort to get a scratch out of Thanos, then he says his famous line "all that for a drop of blood". Right after he says that thanos punches stark in the face and he ends up with a much bloodier cut at the same spot that Thanos received his. Thats all I have and great job finding everything you have!

i love this series . i thought i found a super rare Easter egg in doc strange but it wasn't . my friend i think rented it for that day and i came watching only near the scene when he reads about the eye of agamoto i saw the drawing of it and knew this movie has it and i told my friend who was watching it and he said "duh"

I think doctor strange's car accident probably happened in 2016 around the same time as civil war, because before his car accident, there's a scene shows the avenger tower, which means this happened after avenger 1. And also in avenger 4, the ancient one also said that hulk is about 5 years too early, and Stephen Strange is performing surgery 20 blocks away. Which shows the car accident should happen after that.

Hey Lad, Another detail I wanna share is the third eye you described in the start is related to Hindu Mythology. In Hindu Mythology, Lord Shiva has a half closed third eye which, when opened gives Lord Shiva immense power to destroy the Universe. Hope its correct! Maybe Ancient One wanted to say Doctor Strange that he had immense power to control one of the most powerful object in Universe (Time Stone)

This movie came out a few months after Civil War, so I remember thinking at the time that the “Air Force colonel who has crushed his lower spine” was an obvious reference to Rhodey, not the lieutenant from Iron Man 2.
