Floop and Minion were straight up menaces: they kidnapped agents, turned them into abominations, and forced them into slavery. The line that sticks with me is "Floop is a mad man, help us save us!"

The reason the dad's fooglie costume wasn't very 3D is because it was made from a 2D reference. All the others were molded by floop from clay before they were turned. Can't be so disappointed if it was actually a well thought through continuity.

I always assumed that machete wanted to help them, but he was being petty because he was still upset over his problems with his brother.

I remember really liking Spy Kids up until the third one, they don't really do much spy stuff in that one but it did do an Avengers Endgame before Avengers Endgame.

The first Spy Kids movie is sort of like Mascot Horror before it was ever a thing. A seemingly innocent piece of kid's media is actually secretly evil and turning people into monsters.

Me and my older brother hated eachother but this is the film that we'd sit down and enjoy together. I remember wanting the wasp ship from the second one and the submarine from this one when I was younger cos for some reason I loved the cramped feeling they gave. Please do the sequels!

I was so excited when I first heard we'd be getting a spy kids video, needless to say, Kingnusmi does not disappoint ! I'd love to see you cover the rest of the main spy kids trilogy, I personally adore all 3 (giving the first Spy Kids the same rating and enjoying all the same jokes and cute moments-) I'd also like to potentially see a covering of the 4th movie, it was my introduction to the series (my brother grew up with the original trio, but I grew up with shark boy & lavagirl- so I was late to the spy kids craze-) and I really liked it, but came to get a bit of a distaste for some of its humor after watching the original 3 ,, A LOT- but, it'd be a pretty good addition if you do the rest of the og spy kids movies as it's the last Spy Kids film to be part of the main universe, semi-sadly-

I remember watching this as a kid and the part where the thumbs fly into the clothing store I saw a lady with her hair completely covering her face. I always wondered if that was a blooper that got left in on accident or what. You can see it in this video at 14:38, it still makes me laugh.
