If I had telekinesis powers as a kid in school….ya I would be just a straight up super villain. Telekinesis is one of the best powers to, long as there is no obvious indication you specifically are using it.

the "boy for a straight guy your dramatic" joke isn't meant to be a gay joke, theirs a concept in comedy called the straight man, the straight man is a stick in the mud, like burt and earnie, or pinky and the brain, usually one person is funny and zanny and DRAMATIC, and the other one is a stick in the mud, i guarantee you this was the original intent of that joke, but with the way the "meaning" behind terminology morph so much, the original meaning was just lost, and if it was a gay joke, who cares, he didn't say anything desparaging, i've heard worse from my lgbtq friends >.>

When I was like 5 years old in late 2000s, I was watching the previews from the movie Monster House on DvD, the first trailer they showed was for the movie Zoom with that pool scene in the trailer, so funny that I'm not the only one that remember this movie
