Superb video. When I visited Prague pre-pandemic I stayed in the Castle District, just at the bottom of the steps at 2:25. Surprised you didn't try the absinthe as there was an absinthe museum in this area. They even sold absinthe ice cream. Although the pyros looked good, for me they were a little too orchestrated/choreographed. But that is European football for you. Just take Germany as an example. They have blokes at the front of the stand with loudhailers leading the chants.
