I Went Back to My Old Thrift Haunts + Finding New Thrift Stores!

This thrift neighbourhood in Toronto was a goldmine for me a few years ago, so I decided to go back because the Lansdowne Value Village is closing down. Now I'm trying to find new regular places in the GTA, so if you have any thrift shop recommendations, please let me know!

It so hard to say goodbye to yesterday.......oooooo. About to leave us in the car. lol! In a few weeks, I am going to start putting my cold gear up and start bringing the warmer clothing out. But it not official constant warm weather here in the mid-west until mid-May. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.

My fav value village is the one at The Beaches. Anytime i fly into Toronto on the red eye I go to Harbourfront Timmies walk along the warf, marina... Sit on Muskoka chair watch the activity at billy Bishop and Lake Ontario before the value village opens....I always find so much there. The best place to find stuff is the change room reject pile for some reason...I havn't been d since COVID though ☹️. Every other value village is compared to it. I was just recently there end of Feb 28 between planes for a day and almost froze to death (that's coming from Calgary) and completely forgot about it. Did get to Timmies at Harbourfront though

what a lovely tradition! funny enough, my friend who's a FA just came back from Calgary and was complaining about how Toronto is so much colder haha. oh global warming

Love thrifting videos. We have Value village here in the US but have never been to one. Only goodwill and savers.

Mmm… do I wanna share my thrift stores with you??? JK! Pickering VV is huge, has good stuff but quite pricey. Location is good bc it’s right off the highway. That’s all I can share for now 😛
