WOW! I was not expecting that!! They have been done to a very high standard. Great video once again sir! On a separate sad note a friend of my friends got involved in an altercation on Saturday and sadly passed away a couple of days ago. This happened down Central Drive on the Saturday. We all support the same football team, So I knew of him and when I got told last night it took my breath away 😔

Great video, I remember visiting the violin shop in the 90’s and going up in the lift. It was amazing, all polished brass and wood. A sight to behold.

I can see what the owner had in mind here, trying to bring a better class of "Stag&Hens" hope it works, 1k a night for ten of you is a good price hopefully it wont bring in the Carlsberg and Primark brigade which is what the owner (or council) had in mind. Im glad they let you in to do this, much needed and thank you. xx Blackpool needs an uplift like this.

I can honestly say, that there isn't a single hotel on Blackpool's Prom that matches the quality and attention to detail of this upmarket airbnb. Hopefully the owners will renovate and restore the lift to full working order to give the property that extra bit of nostalgia.

Hi Steve. What a great video, the apartments look fab. But what type of people could afford to stay there? Of course if you divide the cost by 10 it might be cheap, but I bet they are only for corporate clients who can’t drink alcohol or cook food on their appliances as it will mess things up. Bet they don’t take bookings from Stag or hen do’s . 👍👍👍👍 as it’s a great 5 star apartment.

Not bad at all, I just wished that the places I rent when I was in Blackpool was as good as this, rather than being round down. Would love more of this sort of thing as well as your usual content.

Very nice apartments - very pricey no doubt but ten people sharing the flat for a week - would easily be worth £250 - £400 each . Probably cost a lot more I'm hopeless at guessing prices .

Didn’t Jenks used be a couple of buildings up Sunday nights had some really good live bands on.

Looking at the number of bed spaces in each apartment, I would guess targeted at groups, e.g. stags and hens rather than families. Especially with being right next to Queen Street and Cocker Square.

I have to say this - whoever this owner is be it private investor or even the council, lets have a higher quality one pet friendly too. Only sell the spaces to proper "Pet parents" who wont use the rooms as a kennel for the day but respect the rooms and treat them right and have their pet outside enjoying the sea-side with them during the day. Many genuine pet parents want to visit Blackpool but are limited on the quality of establishments, the Imperial hotel was our go to hotel for this until they got took over and stopped allowing pets, the only ones remaining are the Carlton and other smaller ones that are not a scratch on this type of place. xx (I dont count the Boulevard hotel in this either, just look at their Terms& Conditions for pets its ridiculous and almost impossible for a dog to stay there even if you have a hamster, seriously read them)

Look really nice, although I was taken aback by the lack of bathrooms in each appartment.

Looks great now, but the fixtures and fittings & furniture are very cheap looking & flimsy. It won't look like that for long, but people will enjoy it while it lasts

I'm not at all certain that this sort of development is 'right' for Blackpool. If I had invested that sort of money on a project lke this I would be feeling ill with anxiety, but I'm not very courageous.

How hard was the job of bringing all the beds and furniture up the stairs!! It may be a problem for guests as well.
