3:40, this is awesome. I've been working on that too. One of the best things I've found is changing my wording when I talk to myself. Instead of saying something like 'why am I like this', EVEN IF YOU'RE KIDDING... just embrace it and have fun. You don't have to explain yourself to anybody, so you deserve to really enjoy every decision you make.

Really enjoyed this video enough and since I'm a new subscriber, personally I think the idea of 'going on an adventure all by yourself' really suits your persona in this kind of vibe. You’re doing what I wish I could get myself to do. So amazing. Not specifically talking about this video itself, but as a whole. I’d love to go on adventures and do what I see as exciting and fun, but a decade of working myself to death at a job, I find that letting myself enjoy the things I want to is hard like I think I don’t deserve it, or that I also get anxiety about all the things that can go wrong and not being prepared for them that I hold myself back from even trying. Plus I have always had a fear of doing things alone. Trying hard to get over it, but I’m afraid by the time I do, life will have passed me by.

Listen, you've accomplished something that tons of people can't, you went on an adventure alone! I speak for myself when I say that I'm terrified of doing that! Even going for a walk! I make these scenarios in my head, where I picture myself just walking and thinking that everyone's looking at me and wondering why I'm walking by myself. It's crazy! If I have a place to go, a destination, like if I'm going somewhere to meet someone or if I'm going to the supermarket or something, I don't have this mentality because I have somewhere to go. The truth is no one cares about me, and I don't care about anyone that's walking! Literally no one cares!
