I actually went to a hairdresser today, with my daughter and had a few inches chopped off :) I have before and after shots. It's a gig day today, though I managed to squeeze in a quick walk and a trip to Iceland supermarket to stock up on ice lollies for the heatwave.

Going to get my hair cut stresses me out lol, so I let it grow over the years and is past my waist but keep it in a braid. Izzy looks so grown up now and looks so much like you, beautiful Ladies xx

Never be nervous about the hairdresser. It’s always good to remember hair grows back. I usually get something completely different every time I go, much to the amusement of my stylist 😂 I’m with you when it comes to not liking the feeling of my hair down, having had much longer hair when I was younger I now can’t cope with it any longer than chin length. I once tried going to a unisex salon only to discover that for me it was a disaster… Seeing men with good hair have it chopped off has always irrationally upset me to the point where I will actually 😭 I blame my dad for traumatising me by chopping his hair and beard off when I was tiny

I agree.. the length looks good, and smart of the hairdresser for talking you out of full on bangs. That should be a gradual process if one decides, as it can be an adjustment, and eventually, many will end up pinning their bangs off to one side. Looked like a lovely place for music and dance.

I have very curly, thick hair. It gets thick on my neck. I hate the thickness but love the curls. I hate going to the hairdressers too often, purely due to cost its £19 for wash and cut which i know isn't expensive compared to some. But I'm stingy lol. It's a balance between hair weight and cost. I wish i could like avocado. I just don't like the oily slimy feel in my mouth. I use the pits and skins in my eco dyeing so i save the flesh and freeze it for friends or for people in my local area who will eat it. Izzy looks lovely. It's a great photo of you both.

You found an inexpensive and good hairdresser! Not always the case here. My hair tangles too. I cut my own bangs and sides as am too thrifty haha. You look great . AW thank you Izzy to allow us one photo. Very excited for your Uni adventure!

I never worry about a hair cut...its so temporary..and if you dont like it, then it doesnt matter because it will grow again!!!

Wow....Izzy's hair is so long, and it's so nice to see her sweet face. 💗 I'm listening to you explain why the longer hair irritates you around your eyes, nose, mouth etc. I want to so badly, to fast forward and see what you chose to have the hairdresser do, but I'm going to be good and instead watch the video with anticipation. Izzy, I was thinking the same thing, for your mom to find a pic and show the hairdresser on her phone what she would like for herself.
