Hope your journey goes well :) you got this!! Eggs also broke me out SO bad and haven't eaten many in years. So did caffeine (weird right?) I think one game changer for me when I had bad acne was switching to simple skin care! Using Cerave cleanser and a simple moisturizer that was fragrance free helped. Ooo one go to recipe that's dairy free, nut free, and you can make it gluten free is kielbasa pasta :)

Jenn omg hey! Hmmm, maybe caffeine is my next ban :o Yeah, I switched to Cerave a while back and I densely think that helped me out a lot. Oooh okay thanks for the pasta rec, I'll definitely give it a try! I made my own gluten free pasta this weekend and it went pretty well

So good to see a video from you Micah! That’s so frustrating that you can’t have some of your favorite foods :( I also eat eggs frequently, chicken is my favorite meat, and dairy is one of my favorite food groups. You don’t like sweet potatoes? I actually think I like them better than normal potatoes 😂
