Baking bread is soooo much fun! It takes a ton of practice, but it is so worth it, and once you get the hang of it, you've got it and it just feels so natural! :)

Im sure youll figure it out micah! I know that baking with restrictions is super challenging and takes a lot of trial and error to get right. My sisters have Peanut, Gluten, Dairy and Soy allergies and one of my sisters is diabetic so we try to use low sugar/carb stuff when possible. Needless to say I have done a lot of substitutions in my baking lol, but usually there is something that works!

I loved every minute of this vlog! It was so cinematic and I was admiring your dedication to your sourdough skills and the overall feel of this vlog over such a long time!! I’m inspired. You rock.🫶💗

I’m going to be a 13 almost 14 year old cit this summer. But that’s because i’m working with the 8-10 year old camper age group. Funnily enough i’m going to the 11-13 year old week at the same camp. I think there are different guidelines at every camp about what age counselors and cits can be.
