In today’s vlog we are invited to Indonesian Family dinner. Denis and I we were super welcomed by Gunady’s really kind parents. They treated us with the most delicious sea food of Jakarta and invited to their house of trying local dessert. Denis and I gifted them local Kazakhstan Souvenirs and showed some magic tricks. I gotta say Indonesians certainly are one of the friendliest people I've met in my travels!! Watching this reminds me of my trip to Indonesia - everyone I met was so welcoming and kind. I found local Indonesian food that suit my taste too, like Sate Ayam! Can't wait to be back and find some more local food and share it on my channel too! 🇮🇩

@InvestedAdventure hello lads mr.Haliwell some recomended indonesian foods to try are bakso, gado gado, martabak, beef rendang, sate, soto, rawon, kue putu, sop buntut, ketoprak, pisang goreng, and thousend more..hehe..i just watch your recent vids that you suprise your dad..so wonderfull ..im leeds fans to lads radebe ian harte woodgate alan smith harry kewell michael brigdes ..man thats a lovely city leeds

Their roots is chinese but they are originally culture of Indonesian which is hospitality became priority in our country. So whatever your roots as lomg you are Indonesian, that will change everything your perception compared with outside of Indonesia

I speak, read, and write in Chinese at a very high level, I look like 100% Chinese, but I always introduce my identity to my Chinese Mainlands/Taiwan/HK/Macau/MY/SG etc counterparts or acquintances as an Indonesian and proudly say that my first language is Indonesian and I love my country.

Indonesia definitely stole my heart too! Had several trips in Indonesia and shared about my travels on my channel. I gotta say, the culture certainly is incredible and I also found some local eats that suit my taste. Any more local eats you can recommend for me? I'll be back again this year hopefully so looking for recos as early as now. 👀👀🇮🇩

Totally the opposite of western world. I used to live in Europe, especially Dutch the most stingy and greedy in the world. In Indonesia we treat others as possible as we can as everything is abundant.
