one reason why nendoroids are better than pops is when a nendoroid's price skyrockets, its agreeable. when a pop's price skyrockets, its unjustifyable. take The Homecoming spiderman nendoroid for example versus the planet arlia vegeta pop

@@kel9239 well, for 10 bucks it's kind of cool to get a pop of one of your favorite characters. I will always go for nendoroids or even prize figures, but for the price I think they're worth it.

@@raye48 well, a good example of cheap but good are exq, banpresto figures- funkos are like, the figures you buy when you're broke, and there's no figures available of a character you want.

I’ve got to agree that I’m torn at times whether or not to open my Nendoroids. The last several Nendos have made it really tough. My Ryuko and Maka are two figures that at this moment I’ll leave in box! If and when I purchase Kiryuin I’ll surely just add it to the Nendos that stay in box. As always bro great stuff!

I see u already use the box on display, with the figure out of the box also on display. I know this takes alot of space, but personally, that an amazing idea! Just display the figure with the backside of the box behind it 🙌🏼

Me and my friends have only experienced the film on nendroids if they are ones before 400. I can’t say that will always be the case but I’ve only seen it in older ones.

Hey man, awesome content! I’ve been going through all your videos because I am a long-time Nendoroid collector such as yourself, though I mostly buy video game characters. I wanna ask if you have any idea where protectors for Nendoroid boxes can be bought from, or if they even exist? I’m talking about something similar to the ones used on Funko pops.

I’ve actually been trying to buy a nendroid for a while now specifically Queen from Persona 5 but it’s sold out everywhere😭who knew getting into the nendroid game would be this hard lol When and if that happens I will display it out of box as it should be😂

Nendoroids are hard to get in general. The restocks are very rarely for a specific character. You got to be very lucky to find one at a good price 👍🏼

Yea, I just checked some sources, sold out everywhere! Hopefully a restock is in the works, i didnt realize the P5 nendos were that popular. Next time I'm out locally ill keep an eye out for you

I only have a few funko. Two of which are gifts. But they're mainly walking dead. The other ones are Asuka from Eva and a Rick and morty one

You know what you could also do is buy a second one and display that one, and you can keep the other one behind it or stored away. It does sound kinda dumb to buy two but! it is what it is! xD Edit: Omg i did this coment before he said this at 2:10 XDD

I took a look at their seller profile. They have a 98% rating and have a Japan business address. It also looks like all their stuff is being fulfilled by Amazon, these are all good signs! I think you're safe on this purchase!

@@DroobzVids I have never owned nendoroids before I started like mass collecting them but before I was into prize figures so I think its the price that's not letting me open them?? I have scale figures at this point so I'm like you know just do it, they're not your prized possessions anymore- I still can't hopefully some day I'll gain the courage though because I ordered like 10 more and I have yet to touch any of them

They might be cheap because after the first few not many people bought them if its from Japan or amazon its legit otherwise don't risk it

i know what you mean there are necas i dont want to take out of the box, i have the lootcrate exclusive burning godzilla. Wow so nendriods develop a film from being inside too long? that's just creepy. I would like to get some nendriods, there's a Genji one from OverWatch I want he's so cool!!!

Some Neca's are cool, i may grab a couple in the future. Yea its due to a mix of the paints, polymers and plasticizer, kind of sucks, but they aren't supposed to be displayed out of box anyways! Ah that Genji is dope!
