മീഡിയ വിഴുങ്ങികൾക്കെ അങ്ങനെ തോന്നു. കേസ് ന്റെ details അറിയാൻ ശ്രമിക്കു.. കേസ് ന്റെ history നോക്കിയാൽ ദിലീപിനെ കുടുക്കിയതാണെന്ന് തന്നെ മനസ്സിലാകും.. പക്ഷെ നിഷ്പക്ഷമായി analyze ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് മാത്രം. ഒന്നാം പ്രതി പറഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം കുറ്റാരോപിതൻ ആയ ആളാണ് ദിലീപ്.. ഒന്നാം പ്രതി പറഞ്ഞാൽ താങ്കൾക്ക് അത്ര വിശ്വാസമാണോ? അതേ വിശ്വാസം എന്തെ രണ്ടാം പ്രതിയുടെ മൊഴിയിൽ ഇല്ലാതെ പോയി? മീഡിയ ഈ കേസ് ൽ സത്യസന്ധമായി ഇടപെട്ടു എന്നാണോ താങ്കൾ കരുതുന്നത്?

കോടതിക്കുള്ളിൽ എവിടെയും പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന കോടതി ജീവനക്കാരെ തന്നെ കോടതിയിലെ രാത്രിയിലെയും അവധിദിവസങ്ങളിലെയും കാവൽഡ്യൂട്ടി ഏൽപ്പിക്കുന്നതു തന്നെ ശുദ്ധമണ്ടത്തരമാണ്. അവരെയല്ല കോടതിറൂമുകളിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനമില്ലാത്ത പോലീസിനെയോ സെക്യൂരിട്ടിക്കാരെയോ ആണ് ഇതൊക്കെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. കോടതിറൂമുകൾക്കുള്ളിൽ കോടതി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് മാത്രമേ പ്രവേശനമുള്ളൂ എന്നതിനാൽ കോടതിയുടെ സുരക്ഷക്കും വിശ്വാസ്യതക്കും അതാണ് നല്ലത്. എത്രയോ വര്ഷങ്ങളായി ഈ മണ്ടത്തരം തുടരുന്നു. പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസങ്ങളിൽ വൈകീട്ട് കോടതി പൂട്ടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ കോടതി ജീവനക്കാർക്കു പോലും ഒരീച്ച പോലും അതിനകത്തേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത അവസ്ഥയാണുണ്ടാവേണ്ടത്. കാര്യക്ഷമതയുള്ള കോടതികളായി നമ്മുടെ കോടതികൾ ഇനിയെങ്കിലും മാറേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

ഗോവിന്ദ ചാമി കുറ്റം ചെയ്തു എന്നതിന്റെ തെളിവ് തന്റെ കൈയ്യിൽ ഉണ്ടോ? അതോ താൻ ഗോവിന്ദ ചാമിയെയും support ചെയ്യുന്നോ? എല്ലാരും news കണ്ടാണ് കുറ്റവാളികളെ അറിയുന്നത്. അല്ലാതെ police എല്ലാ തെളിവും വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ട് കാണിച്ചു തന്നിട്ടല്ല..
