I saw some edit of that press conference on instagram, usually I can’t stand 99% of those cringey edits but dude it stuck with me. Pep is genuinely an unstoppable force, it’s been a dream being a city fan these last 7 years. I always loved the way he coached and never in a million years would’ve expected City to get him in the door, much less get him to stay for maybe a decade 🥹🙏

Rival managers and fans want Pep to leave City and he knows that. After Pep learnt that 9 PL teams supported the FFP charges against City, he's become more ruthless and it's no wonder City haven't lost a game since. If the Epl had played nice, Pep would have probably left City immediately after winning the CL. But now, since it's more of City vs the World, Pep isn't gonna leave any time soon 😂. This is means that the Epl title for the next couple of years will be dominated by City.

You compare him in age with SAF, i will see his longevity and if he's capable enough to dethrone SAF 13 Premier League titles, everyone has a peak and fall, SAF never let that fall come in his era, we will see Pep's too but for now SAF is the greatest ever to be.

Journalists often ask basic questions to try and get people to open up and explain their thought process. It’s almost a rhetorical question: the journalist knows Pep doesn’t tire of winning but he wants him to expand on his approach to winning. No one’s interested in his approach to Brighton as it’s a dead-rubber. The only games that matter now are the two remaining cup finals.

He has signed a contract until the summer of 2025 so he's not going anywhere until then. By that time I would have expected him to have won at least two champions league trophies. He will then take on the England managers job and, could potentially, win the World cup. Sound far fetched? Not really, as he has expressed an interest in the job. I do think it would be easier for him in many ways to coach the England team to success rather than the Spanish team. Imagine for one minute if he did win the World cup for England. My God! he would be considered a deity in this country.

The reality is it will be easy for city to win the title next season, no other club in the country has a squad to compete. In the days of the top 4 Chelsea united and lesser so arsenal and Liverpool everyone had quality and when you evaluated all the squads of the top 4 there was not much in it. When you do the same with City now to rest of the league there is no comparison. They have £100m substitutes

There is competition for the title. City won on goal difference in 2012. Since then, they've won by one point twice and by two points once. They had a couple of outstanding seasons where they won by 12 and 19 points, but they were 8 points behind Chelsea in 2015, 15 points behind Leicester in 2016, 15 points behind Chelsea in 2017 and 18 points behind Liverpool when they won in 2019. The difference with City is that they are more consistent than any other team. Money helped, especially at the beginning, but money does not buy success. Chelsea and United are great examples of that. They have spent more than City in the last few years but have little to show for it.
