American theater quiet? That's amazing. I wish i had that during my visit to the US. Would be a difference from the fat sweaty morons yelling and calling out every five second. I get why you have guns. This movie must have been a blessing for people with respect in their mind. I hate the trend of being loud and disrespectful. Its foul and primitive.

Not often actors get to act and be an on screen couple together. This was clearly a Krasinksi passion project though. I heard he did next to everything for it. Turned out amazing though. And turned into a pretty successful franchise. :)

Seeing this in theaters was intense. Everyone was eating their popcorn so slowly and quietly trying to not make a sound. The whole birth scene was especially terrifying.

In the beginning when he was starting a fire, it was a signal to neighbors that they were still there and fine. If you look in the distance you see other fires from survivors. when they do it later in the film there are none.

we’d gotten to the theater late and because we missed the little boy getting got, we didn’t really understand how loud the silence was. i settled in and ate 1 popcorn kernel and it was like i banged pots and pans together; i got the picture really quick on what was happening. so, not wanting to ruin the movie for everyone, i sat there with soggy popcorn in my mouth for like 30 minutes until the fireworks scene. 😆 nobody ate or drank a thing until the movie was over.

I also wish I saw this in the cinema, watched this a few months ago in anticipation for Day One and damn, I missed out when it released. Problem is part 2 isn't on any streaming service in Australia so I'm hesitant to see Day One in cinemas in case there's any spoilers even though it is a prequel.

It's gunna be said over and over, but I gotta say it again. Craziest experience in a theater ever. Dead quiet - and I had a bag of sour patch kids lol. it was the only sound in the theater. Just my crinkling of this bag lol. I felt so bad. I was trying my damnedest to be quiet.
