Hấp chín 1 củ khoai lang lớn -> dầm nát + 100g bột gạo + 20g đường + 120ml sữa tươi có đường= nhào nặn thành hình khối tròn, cắt thành khoanh nhỏ, vo lại cho đều, rắc ít hạt mè lên=>> chiên dầu cho vàng đều.

Can orange or purple sweet potatoes be substitute to yellow flesh ones? For the fact the water content will vary a lot in these colours. Where I’m here, we can never find yellow flesh ones. Thanks
