A simple recipe for rolls. Recipes from Roman!
Delicious rolls according to the author's recipe. I don't buy bread and rolls anymore! Bread and rolls without any effort! New perfect bread roll recipe in 5 minutes. Anyone can repeat it. Simple and very tasty! The dough is like fluff. You will be surprised at how easy and straightforward it is. The dough is very airy, it looks like a cloud! I have told you all the details, all you have to do is watch and enjoy. And don't forget to cook, it's incredibly tasty! Cook with ease and love.

Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 110 ml
- Egg 1 pc.
- Yogurt 110 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
- All-purpose wheat flour 600 - 650 g (add in parts)
2. Mix well with a spatula
3. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 45-50 minutes.
7. The dough turned out like a cloud, what beauty!
8. Divide the dough into two equal parts
9. Roll them into a ball
10. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle
- Butter 100 g (50 g and 50 g)
11. Brush the dough with softened butter
12. Fold the dough into an envelope and repeat the process after I did
13. Anoint with oil again and fold into an envelope
14. Place the dough on a plate and cover with a towel
15. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
16. Cover the dough and let it rest for 25-30 minutes.
17. The dough is ready
18. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle
- sugar 4 tsp. (2 tsp and 2 tsp)
- Cinnamon 1 tsp.
- Cocoa 1 tsp.
19. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
20. Cut into 3-3.5 cm wide strips
21. Roll up
22. Place on baking paper and press down with your hand.
23. Do the same with the second piece of dough
24. Sprinkle with cocoa and sugar
25. I have 16 rolls
26. Cover with a towel and let rest for 25-30 minutes
27. Our buns have risen, look how amazing they are. Beauty!
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Milk 1 tbsp.
28. Lubricate with a brush
29. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes.
30. Cover with foil or baking paper for the last 5-6 minutes to prevent burning.

You have a unique way of making the dough with the added butter, & from the softness of the dough, I'm not surprised that you won a competition. I also like that you don't add butter to your cinnamon & sugar. I will try your recipe, thank you.

Hi. I'm watching this very late/extremely early in the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas, USA. I was up to help my elderly mother and couldn't go back to sleep, so I started surfing videos and came across yours. I thought about getting up to make it right now but reasoned that wouldn't be conducive to sleep, which I badly need. You deserved the prize for this one! Thank you for the detailed instructions and the well organized video. I will be making these for my mother tomorrow, and then I'll do a batch for me that is gluten and dairy free and play with the recipe til I get it to work. Thank you for the recipe!

This is a great recipe, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the fast forwarding. I have about given up on recipe videos that keep every second of every repetitive step at normal speed. This was perfect.

I like “Sticky Buns” made with the cinnamon rolls as they are here. But place the rolls in a round cake pan or glass casserole. Put brown sugar and soft butter in the bottom of the baking dish. Add pecans to the sugar and butter mixture. Place the rolled up sweet rolls on the mixture and bake as usual per the recipe. When baked, torn the pan over onto a plate. The gooey pecans and sugar will be on top. Yum!

Schönes Rezept. Wird ausprobiert . Man kann den Teig auch in 8 oder 16 Teile aufteilen. Ausrollen und immer Butter dazwischen streichen und übereinander legen

Not a quick recipe, but interesting dough ingredients. Here we like them nice and gooey. I would add more butter before the sugars to break it down to that sticky gooey texture. 👏👏for your presentation!

Beautiful job! I make a similar recipe but will try this one soon! I need to step up my game to make mine look that good. I prefer date rolls to cinnamon rolls though. Mine are dates and raisins and walnuts and pecans and cinnamon and brown sugar heated with butter then cooled, applied down the center and braided over. Frickin great.
