Pork belly 1200 gr.
Soy sauce 60 ml.
Yellow mustard 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Black pepper.
Bake at 200°C for 80-100 minutes
Potatoes 4 pcs.
Salt.
Butter.

Cabbage.
Cucumber.
Garlic 1 clove.
Dill.
Coriander.
Corn.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Sugar.
Lime juice.

For the second recipe, why not mix all the spices together and rub or sprinkle on the pork belly before searing/frying, that way the meat is evenly coated with the spices.

I thank you! In California we have Mexican, Central and South American recipes, but none with cabbage (too hot except in the highlands, altiplano) or beets! PAPRIKA: What kind?? We have smokey, spicy, sweet, and sort of plain, barely worth it. So what does your paprika taste like?

I don't mean to be hurtful in any way, but you are not a very good cook. Your preparation is so terribly awkward that it seems like even you get frustrated with it. Get those little containers out from in front of you. Get different spoons to use other than the Asian ones for eating soup, please. Use a large plate or cooking dish to brush potatoes with oils and spices and an actual brush or your hands and not the Asian spoons and a small bowl. I'm not trying to be a bad or mean person. I really want you to be successful and hope for the best for you. And please don't make the beet and boiled egg dish again. I love both things but that looked nasty.
