Welcome back. In my wintery travels I stopped in at Clear Creek Homes in Bloomington Indiana and filmed this Ritz Craft home called the LeGrand.
It is a 3 bed 2 bath modular home, with 1680 sq ft of living space. It is 30' x 56' and shows of some of the really nice upgrades you can get and not a lot of money.

I like it, but feel that the sliding door would go better in the dining room, and have a kitchen counter with window and sink in the kitchen.

I like the closets. The double doors are a nice touch. I would change a few things but overall a pretty nice home.

Wish kitchen had more counters cabinets.Maybe put sliding doors in diningroom,add more counter/cabinets there qith a small window. And possibly move sink in front of the window.So glad to see the pantry. Room sizes are good. Nice closet space. Wish primary was bigger. Get window near bed out. Pocketdoors for primary closet. Primary bath is nice. Its good for me. Im alone,but its perfect when i have the family over. Id make a basement so all utilites go down there. Good home. Thank you for the tour.

I like it, just minus the carpet in the bedrooms and the closet in the master bathroom. I don't like that, I just prefer my closet in the master bathroom. This home is very pretty 😍🥰

I didn't check, but most use porcelain unless they are are doing an all in one, where the sink and counter are all one piece.

When I have the info I like to include it. Clear Creek makes pricing every clear. Their lot is well done and homes are well marked. I wish more dealers would take after the way they run the lot.

Love the floor plan, no tubs for me showers only, love the frosted windows on front door. Lots of storage!

Not the best kitchen. Otherwise it's an OK home. I love how the bathroom floor is different than the rest. Good storage, a pantry and a great utility rm! I also prefer the master of the living rm instead of kitchen

They need to put vents in the ceiling and get rid of the carpet. Plus closets need wood shelves not the cheap wire ones.

I have a concern with the upper cabinets with how big the space is on each side because of the way the door's open with both opening the same direction.

Seems the window and free standing tub in the master bathroom should be moved over to the right somewhat to be centered and not practically touching the corner of the sink vanity. Water closet should also have a window that opens. Do like the storage except the closet in the laundry room should be for the Water heater.but even if it were in that spot I'm not really liking this home alot.

Not sure about the foundation, but the heating and cooling and electric hook up is included. I think you would have to have the electric run to the property though.

Don't care for the kitchen island flat like that, rather have a raised edge to not only hide the area but keep everything within the area instead of free to go over the edges.

Most ceiling fans can go in both directions. Just depends on how you flip a swith on the fan. But If I had to guess, since it was winter, they had it pulling air up to get the cold air up and heated.

Did you go woke? "Primary" bedroom... You mean the master bedroom. Awkward living room to place and view a TV. The water heater should be in the hall closet not in the bedroom closet. Small bathtub in the master bathroom with all of that wasted floor space.

No, but I got reported for calling it a master bedroom in relation to slavery days and was told by KZfaq, to appease the woke I had to quit calling it the master or loose my channel.
