Been in and around the sport my whole life and plan to be forever. Wrestling is such a strong community and a great part of life. I’ve always found it a bit difficult to explain what the community is but your content is the perfect example. Love these collaborations and to see how you bring the community together for us to see. Micic is just insane! His ability to slip out of danger in almost every potential scoring position with ease and transitioning to the next move is why he is a world champ. He’s so calm when the vast majority of wrestlers would panic in situations like this. Good luck to you the rest of the season Cayden! Go Rangers!!!

My junior and senior year of college wrestling I trained nearly daily with a wrestler ranked 5th in the world. You think you're in good shape, but their natural pace just beats you down. And the frustration of constantly thinking you have the advantage only to land on your back is so frustrating.

Take 5 deepest breathes you can and clothes your eyes and remind yourself the training is enough to win the match

If you DON'T GIVE UP; it'll pay off for the rest of your life in ways that I can't describe to you in just ☝️ sentence via YT comment threads. Just trust the process, roll with the best b/c iron sharpens iron, hopefully you have a decent coach, & everytime you get that love/hate relationship or any inclination to give up/quit...don't! Keep taking it one day @ a time, then as your growth progresses in the sport... That's when you'll understand any of this response! Just realize you're going into the toughest sport on this entire planet, & those that stick it out make some of best natural born Leaders in World later in life! And as corny as the saying always sounds, it remains true: After wrestling, everything else in life is easy.
