I LOVE that you put traceables in the back of the book! I've always been fairly good at drawing and I continue to improve BUT I prefer to trace because it's cleaner, easier, saves time, and I don't have to worry about smudging lines or tearing the paper with erasing any mistakes or corrections. That would be my favorite part of this book!

Emma…. Wow! ❤Are ever good at keeping a secret! This book looks amazing, and the QR code links to videos is absolute genius! And the title, How to Paint and Unwind, is becoming more and more of theme as I talk to people. The chance to lose oneself in an art project for an hour or two allows such a needed break as the world crowds in.

Congratulations Emma and keep your dreams alive. I'm a retired Air Force veteran living in Florida and just recently started to use colored pencils and watercolor. I truly believe that understanding the fundamentals of any craft takes practice. practice and more practice. Your book will not only help newbies like me now but used as a reference as needed. Good luck now and on your next book.

I love it. ❤️ The addition of QR codes is very innovative. It's equivalent to inserting links on a digital document. Unrelated, but I really liked that background music. It's fresh and unique.

Beautiful beginners book. Lots of beginners will love it! Congratulations. I watched you show how to trace the picture you want to paint. I couldn’t help but think that you need to introduce a light box to your students. They are sooooo nice and something I think everyone who traces needs. You can buy them for not too much money on Amazon.
