You can’t get training modules this fantastic for Initial Attack on air attack. This gives everyone an idea of how fires are being sized up,named, and initialized order for more heavy reinforcements from the air. Fantastic video with good highlights on radio transmission and how to use the radio correctly. There’s so many training subjects here that you may want to consider sending the video in to US Forest Service to be added to the training program. It could be used in several different areas of training!

@@FairfaxJack Negative. More likely outside of Reno. Fire was not named after the town in Utah, but probably more closely resembles a street name or landmark on the ground.

We are all very aware of the one mistake in the video. It makes you look like you were looking for something to complain about.It’s really rude and makes you look like an absolute ass
